Pump Product Cleanliness
1 Subject Content and Scope of Application
This standard specifies the sampling method, sampling location, determination method and limit value of pump product cleanliness. JB/T 691393
This standard applies to the determination of cleanliness of transmission and lubrication parts of pump products. Turbines similar to pumps can also be used for reference. 2 Terminology
2.1 Cleanliness
Refers to the cleanliness of the product. Impurity particles collected from the specified location by the specified method, expressed by weight. 2.2 Cleaning fluid
Liquid used for cleaning. Generally, clean kerosene is used, and for some special greases, a solvent that can dissolve it is used. 2.3 Filter
A square hole screen woven with metal wire used to filter the cleaning liquid containing impurities after cleaning. 2.4 Sampling location
A specific location whose cleanliness directly affects the reliability of the product. 2.5 Cleanliness limit
The value that the cleanliness should not exceed.
3 Sampling method
Randomly select from the pump products at the end of the assembly line after other assembly items have been inspected and qualified or from the finished product warehouse. 4 Sampling location
The pump parts that come into contact with lubricating oil and grease are the sampling locations, and the sum of the volumes of the sampling locations of each pump is used for assessment. When calculating the volume of a part, the product of the maximum length × maximum width × maximum height of the outer dimensions of the sampling location of the measured part is used as the volume of the part. 5 Cleanliness determination method
5.1 Disassemble the pump bearing, bearing oil chamber, lubrication system, mechanical seal and transmission parts and components (excluding the matching parts in the pump unit) (parts and components that are matched with silkworms do not need to be disassembled).
5.2 Clean with a brush to collect dirt, iron filings, cotton yarn and other debris (except impurities adsorbed by the magnets stored in the machine body and impurities filtered by the coarse and fine filters in the lubrication system)
5.3 Use cleaning liquid to clean the surfaces of each part that contact the lubricating oil and grease piece by piece. 5.4 Filter the cleaning liquid containing impurities after cleaning with a 90um metal filter. 5.5 Put the collected and filtered impurities in a container, then put the container with impurities in an oven, heat it to 90±5℃, and take it out after 1h.
5.6 Weigh the dried impurities with an ordinary balance with an accuracy of not less than Class 7. The weight obtained is the cleanliness value. Approved by the Ministry of Machinery Industry on July 13, 1993
Implemented on July 1, 1994
