8.1.1 The inspection items for factory inspection are: dimensional deviation, appearance quality, density, surface quality, water absorption and relative moisture content: 8.1-2 type or inspection inspection In addition to Article 5.1.1, other inspection items include shrinkage rate, bed resistance, radioactive susceptibility test number and softening coefficient. Type inspection must be carried out in the following circumstances: a) when the type or origin of the lightweight concrete used changes; b) when the lightweight concrete is under normal production for 3 hours (shrinkage inspection of materials once a year); after the severity grade or output grade of the lightweight concrete is changed: a) when the production process of the block is changed: e) when the product will be produced for more than 3 months and then resume production: 8. 2 Batch inspection period: The blocks shall be inspected in batches according to the density and strength grade. 1000 blocks of the same type of aggregate with the same density grade and the same production system are considered as a batch: if the monthly output is less than 130 blocks, it is also considered as a batch.
8.3 Sampling rules
Number of random inspections: 3 blocks are randomly selected from the batch? 8.4.1 All inspection results shall be checked in accordance with the standards. The technical requirements for a certain grade shall be the same as that of the grade: 8.4.2 After the inspection, re-inspection may be carried out if there are the following circumstances: 1.
