General requirements
JB/T7285-1994
The complete set of equipment shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the product drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. The appearance of the complete set of equipment should be smooth and flat, and the paint layer should be even and firm, without obvious flow marks, wrinkles, bubbles, missing paint and other defects. The machined surface of the parts should be coated with anti-rust oil.
Safety protection devices should be installed at the transmission parts that affect safety, and the parts and components that are easy to loose should have locking devices. The cleaning machine in the complete set of equipment should comply with the relevant provisions of NJ344. Main performance requirements of the complete set of equipment

Effectiveness of use
All assembled parts must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department. Purchased parts and outsourced parts must have product inspection certificates before they can be used. The electrical circuit should be clear, the connection should be safe and reliable, and there should be safety signs. All operating parts should be flexible, and all fasteners should not be loose. The control system should be accurate and reliable. There shall be no leakage in the acid, ammonia (alkali) and water pipelines, and the adjustment and control shall be reliable. When the complete set of equipment is working normally, the temperature rise of each bearing shall not exceed 30℃. Factory test and inspection rules
Factory test
Before each product leaves the factory, the product quality shall be inspected in accordance with the requirements of Articles 5.1.2, 5.1.3, 5.1.4, 5.3.2 and 5.3.3 of this standard. Each product leaving the factory shall undergo an idle running test of no less than 30 minutes to measure the bearing temperature rise and the stability of product operation. 6.2 Inspection rules

6.2.1 Each complete set of equipment leaving the factory shall be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and shall be accompanied by a product certificate before leaving the factory. The user has the right to sample and inspect the product quality according to the requirements of this standard. If the product fails to meet the standards, the manufacturer shall replace it and re-deliver it for acceptance. 6.2.2
Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
7.1 Each complete set of equipment shall be fixed with a label in an obvious position. The label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The content of the label is as follows: a.
Manufacturer name;
b. Product name and model;
c Main technical parameters of the product;
d. Total weight of the product, kg;
e. Product factory number and date of manufacture.
7.2 The complete set of equipment shall be packed in boxes according to the single machine. Anti-rust treatment shall be carried out according to GB4879 before packaging. The packaging requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384, or it can be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. The following contents should be marked on the outer wall of the packing box:
Manufacturer name;
Product name, model, and trademark;
Outer dimensions of the packing box, length × width × height, mm; d.Total weight of the product, kg;
Product arrival station and consignee;
Product delivery station and delivery unit;
Indicate "upward", "handle with care", "rope position", "moisture-proof", etc.; g.
Factory date.
7.4 Spare parts and tools shipped with the product should be complete, and the following documents should be attached: a.Product certificate of conformity;
b.Product instruction manual;
c.Packing list.
7.5The equipment should be placed in a flat, well-ventilated place with moisture-proof measures to ensure that the product does not rust within half a year. Additional notes:
