The parts of the same model product shall be interchangeable. The general requirements of the motor shall comply with the provisions of GB755 and GB1032. After the motor stator winding is subjected to a withstand voltage test at a voltage of 1760V and a frequency of 50Hz, the insulation shall not be broken down. When the product is running without load, the deviation between any phase of the three-phase current and the average value of the three phases shall not exceed 10% of the average value. The motor insulation grade is E grade. When the motor reaches the actual stable temperature, the winding temperature rise limit is 75C (resistance method). The product shall be groundable, and the grounding wire shall be marked with a yellow-green alternating line. Lead alloy castings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T3904. Die forgings shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7163 The heat-treated parts of the product shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7161. The machined parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7164. The product anti-rust shall comply with the provisions of JB3576. When assembling the product, all parts and components shall be cleaned and the cleanliness value shall not exceed 350mg. All parts (including outsourced, purchased and standard parts) must be inspected and qualified before assembly. The complete set of products including the main machine, outriggers, control box and necessary spare parts and tools. The manufacturing and inspection of the control box shall comply with relevant regulations and shall have protection functions such as leakage, short circuit and overload. Inspection method Determination of machine weight It can be weighed with any scale that meets the regulations. 5.2 Determination of drilling speed When testing the drilling speed, use a 34mm diameter drill bit to drill two holes horizontally on the rock with a compressive strength of 80-120MPa. The hole depth is not less than 1.5m 5.3 Determination of impact energy JB/T 7738-95 The product impact energy is determined in accordance with the provisions of GB5621. 5.4 Determination of impact frequency The impact frequency is measured on the running test bench or stress wave test bench. 5.5 Determination of 4m deep hole When testing a 4m deep hole, use a 34mm diameter drill bit: first use a 1.8m drill rod to drill horizontally on the rock with a compressive strength of 80~120MPa, and then use a 4m drill rod to drill to a depth of 4m. 5.6 Determination of drill rod speed The drill rod speed is measured on the running test bench. 5.7 Determination of noise The determination of product noise shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB5898. 5.8 Determination of cleanliness The determination of product cleanliness shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of JB/T4041. 5.9 Motor stator winding withstand voltage test Electrify the motor stator winding for 1 minute (voltage 1760V, frequency 50Hz), and then check whether the insulation is broken down. 5.10 Determination of motor stator winding temperature rise The determination of motor stator winding temperature rise shall be carried out in accordance with Article 5.2.4 of GB755 and the provisions of GB1032. 5.11 Determination of motor insulation resistance In the actual cold state, use a 500V front pressure megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the non-grounded end and the grounded end of the cable (or soft wire) (or between the metal parts that may be connected). 5.12 Determination of no-load current and working current of the motor The no-load current and working current of the motor can be measured on the running test bench under the condition of power supply voltage of 380V and rated frequency of 50Hz, or can be measured directly with a clamp ammeter instead of the running test bench. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 Factory inspection 6.1.1 Each product shall be inspected before delivery. It can be delivered only after passing the inspection of the factory quality inspection department, and shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate. 6.1.2 Before delivery inspection, the idling time of the product shall be no less than 20min. After delivery inspection, the cylinder body, machine head and other parts must be cleaned, and lubricating oil shall be applied to the surface of their moving parts. 6.1.3 Factory inspection items Insulation resistance of motor stator winding to machine shaft; no-load current of motor: Working current of motor: Drilling speed (if inspected on the running test bench, the drill rod speed and working current shall be tested). 6.2 Type inspection 6.2.1 The product shall be subject to type inspection in the following cases: a. When the product is produced for the first time; When there are major changes in the structure, material and process of the product; When it is produced in batches or in large quantities, it shall be conducted every 3 to 5 years; When the national quality supervision agency proposes the requirement of type inspection. 6.2.2 All items of product type inspection shall be inspected in accordance with the requirements of this standard. 6.2.3 Five products for type inspection shall be randomly selected from the qualified products. 3 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage Each product shall have the following markings: Manufacturer name: Product model and name: Product number: Manufacture year and month. 7.2 Packaging The packaging shall comply with the provisions of JB/T7302. The technical documents accompanying the product packaging should include: packing list; Product certificate: Product instruction manual.
