The number of products sampled should not be less than 2% of each batch of products [not more than 3 sets in a group). If any unit fails any item during the product test, the number of products sampled should be doubled, and the test of the item should be carried out simultaneously. If any unit still fails, the item should be considered as unqualified. 62 Type test
JB/T9541
6.2! The following tests must be carried out for the following: a) the first trial production or small batch production of a certain model; b) when the design or technology is changed enough to cause certain characteristics and parameters to change; c) when there is an unacceptable difference between the inspection test results and the previous type test results. 62 Electric motors produced in batches shall be regularly sampled and the test time shall be at least once a year. 6.3 The frequency of formal tests on electric motors includes: All the tests are as follows:
b) Inspection of electrical distances and electrical clearances:
c) Determination of locked-rotor torque (measured in actual cold state);
d) Determination of minimum overspeed during starting;
e) Determination of maximum torque;
rise test:
g) Determination of input power ramp-up test;
) Measurement of efficiency and power readings:
Determination of current:
k) in the rotation;
1) thermal test:
m) determination of capacitor terminal current;
* long-term operation test:
0* non-stop 1 test;
P)* protection level test.
those with "*" are allowed to be tested only when the product is required. 6 The number of product prototypes for type test shall not exceed 3. If any unqualified items are found in the products tested, the number of products tested for this item shall be doubled. If the products are still qualified, the products can be purchased from the factory only after the defects are eliminated. 7. Packaging, accessories and storage
7.1 Each motor must have a nameplate on the machine during use. The nameplate material and the handwriting and markings on the nameplate should be guaranteed not to be erased or removed during the normal use of the motor: but the main engine is a matching electric motor When there is an agreement with the user, the following shall be provided on the motor brand: a) Manufacturer's name (ground): b) Motor model name: c) Output power: d) Rated voltage: F) Frequency and speed; JB/T9541 The color of the lead wire of the motor short cable group shall be clearly marked. 7.3 The motor shall have a grounding device. The motor certificate shall be accompanied by a certificate (one copy shall be provided for each batch of motors) and a product certificate. 7.5 The motor shall be supplied with the motor. 7.6 The motor shaft extension shall be protected from rust. The motor packaging shall avoid Avoid moisture damage during transportation. 7.8 The packaging and marking of the motor shall comply with GB191. There are no restrictions on the means of transportation of the motor, but the motor must not be damaged during transportation. 7.9 The motor should be placed in an environment with a temperature range of -10~+409, with a relative humidity of 90%. The motor should be placed in a well-ventilated warehouse and the air should not contain corrosive substances.
