The coating color should be uniform, the paint film should be matte, and defects such as wrinkles, bubbles, brush marks, and sagging are not allowed. 4.5.2 The inverted edges, rounded corners and rounded lines of exposed parts should be uniform. 4.5.3 The foot should be stable when touching the ground. The gap between a single foot and the ground should not be greater than 2mm. 4.6 Product mechanical properties 4.6.1 Strength and durability The drawers, slides, doors, shelves, top plates, bottom plates, main structures and bottom frames of the cabinet should be tested for strength and durability according to the requirements of Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 of GB10357.5, using the 4-level test level. The test results should meet the following requirements: a. No parts or components are allowed to break or crack; no loosening is allowed at the joints; No parts or components are allowed to wear or deform and affect the use function; no loosening is allowed at the hardware connectors; The opening and closing of drawers and doors should be flexible. 4.6.2 Stability 4.6.2.1 No-load stability When tested according to the method specified in Chapter 6, the cabinet shall not show any tendency to overturn. 4.6.2.2 Vertical loading stability When tested according to the method specified in Chapter 6, the forces applied to the door and drawer shall be greater than 30N and 150N respectively when the foot or the panel is lifted off the ground. 4.6.2.3 Vertical and horizontal loading stability When tested according to the method specified in Chapter 6, the forces applied to the foot or the panel is lifted off the ground shall be greater than 30N. 4.7 Physical and chemical properties of paint film The requirements for the physical and chemical properties of paint film are specified in Table 6. Products that meet this standard are qualified products, those that do not meet this standard shall be repaired, and those that are still unqualified after repair are unqualified products. 6.2 Type inspection 6.2.1 Type inspection shall be conducted in any of the following situations: a. New product finalization and identification; When production is resumed after a long period of suspension; When changes to the design, main raw materials, or key processes may affect product performance; When the technical inspection department deems the quality unstable or when there are other special needs. d. Type inspection shall be conducted on a random sampling of 5% of the batch of products that have passed the factory inspection, and the number of samples shall not be less than 2. 6.2.2 Inspection items include all the contents specified in Chapter 4. 6.2.3 6.2.4 When all samples meet this standard, the batch of products is deemed qualified. If there are samples that are unqualified, double sampling and re-inspection are required. If there are still unqualified products after re-inspection, the batch of products is deemed unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage 7.1 Products should be marked with enterprise marks, including factory name, factory address, trademark, inspection stamp, product model and factory (production) date, 7.2 During transportation, products should be padded or packaged to prevent collision and damage.
