1 General Principles
1.0.1 In order to normalize and standardize the content and format of instrumentation specifications, and to put forward clear and unified requirements for common contents, so as to achieve consistent style and avoid omission of contents, this regulation is specially formulated to guide the preparation of instrumentation specifications.
1.0.2 This regulation applies to the technical specifications of various products prepared by the automatic control profession for the procurement of testing instruments, control systems and equipment, actuators, instrument accessories and installation materials such as pipes, pipe fittings, cables and wires. 365
2 Content and preparation requirements
2.1 Content
The content of the instrument technical manual shall at least include the following five aspects 2.1.1Www.bzxZ.net
-Purpose;
Standards and specifications;
Technical requirements;
-Inspection and experiment;
-Spare parts and consumables.
2.2 Preparation requirements
The preparation of the instrument technical manual shall be prepared according to the characteristics of each type of instrument. This regulation only summarizes the common content of each type of instrument and its preparation requirements are as follows. 2.2.1 “Purpose” shall at least state the following: 1 “Instrument Design Specifications” and “Instrument Data Sheet” attached to the purchase order and the specifications and standards specified in the instrument technical manual shall serve as technical requirements for the design and manufacture of instrument products together with the manual; 2 Once there is any inconsistency between the above documents, the following sequence shall be followed: 1. Instrument data sheet;
1. Instrument technical manual;
1. Instrument design specifications;
1. Standards and specifications.
It shall be noted here that the paragraphs marked with the symbol “×” in the symbol “” of this document are the basic requirements of the purchaser.
2.2.2 “Standards and specifications” shall state that the relevant standards and specifications that should be followed in the design and manufacture of such products shall be the current versions, and the numbers and names of the standards and specifications that can be selected shall be listed. In addition, the following standards and specifications should be specified as needed: 366
- pipe thread;
- flange and fasteners;
- enclosure protection grade;
- explosion-proof requirements.
2.2.3 "Technical requirements" should be written according to the specific requirements of various instruments, control equipment, actuators and other products. You can refer to the attached template and describe its unique technical requirements as completely as possible for designers to choose for specific projects.
In addition, the following requirements should be selectively stated (and modified and supplemented if necessary) according to the characteristics of each type of product:
The measurement part includes the following contents:
-Accuracy grade;
-Measurement unit;
Dial size and scale;
-Material;
-Connection method;
-Output signal;
2The electrical part includes the following contents:
Power supply;
-Explosion-proof structure;
-Wiring box;
-Output indicator.
3 The pneumatic part includes the following contents:
-pneumatic signal;
-matching air source device (pressure reducing valve with air filter and output meter): -air source interface;
-pneumatic pipe and fittings;
-enclosure protection grade;
-output indication meter;
-remote indication meter (secondary meter)
Accessories (for those instruments that require matching accessories) the specifications and technical requirements of the required accessories should be listed one by one, otherwise this item can be cancelled. 5 Climate and environmental protection include the following contents: 1) The instrument provided by the supplier shall have climate protection measures to meet the climate conditions listed in the purchase request (REQUISITION)
2) State the environmental conditions where special protection measures should be taken, such as: the atmosphere contains ammonia, sulfide oxygen and other corrosive gases, for the designer to choose, 3) The supplier shall propose detailed countermeasures for the climate and environmental conditions specified in the purchase request, and provide them together with the quotation.
6 The surface color shall indicate whether it adopts the supplier's standard or the color specified by the project. 7 The identification shall indicate that the nameplate fixed on the instrument housing shall be engraved with the position number, model, rated value, material and explosion-proof grade. The material of the nameplate shall be anti-corrosive metal, and it shall be indicated that the nameplate can be made and fixed according to the accessories (accessory number and name).
8 Shipping preparation shall indicate:
1 The threaded interface shall be blocked with a suitable protective device, and temporary blockage and permanent metal blockage shall be easy to distinguish.
2 Flanges and threaded joints should be protected to prevent damage and/or foreign matter from entering. 2.2.4 "Inspection and test" should state the following: 1 "Inspection and test items" should list the number and name of the purchaser's inspection standard, the supplier's standard, and the "Inspection and test items" listed in 2.2.4 of this technical specification for selection. 2 "Inspection and test procedures and acceptance criteria" should state the standards specified by the purchaser and the supplier's standards for selection.
3 Items for inspection and testing witnessed by the purchaser The purchaser's standards, inspection and test items (i.e. Table 2.2.4) and the purchaser's right to witness the inspection and testing of the product in the manufacturer's workshop should be stated here for selection.
In addition, the contents of Table 2.2.4 should be listed here, and the symbols in Table 2.2.4 should be explained. The format and symbol explanation of Table 2.2.4 are usually as follows (according to the category of specific products, its inspection and test items can be reasonably adjusted).

2.2.5 "Spare parts and consumables" Here, the spare parts and consumables for installation and commissioning within a to-be-determined time and the spare parts and consumables for production within a to-be-determined time shall be stated respectively. In addition, the following shall be stated: 1 It shall also be stated that the supplier shall prepare and submit the above-mentioned spare parts list and consumables list. 2 For spare parts of certain products, if there are provisions in the contract with the customer or requirements in the design, they can also be stated in the form of Table 2.2.5 "Spare parts selection table". 1) The supplier shall prepare and provide a list of spare parts and consumables for use within the following specified time periods according to Table 2.2.5\Spare Parts Selection Table; 2) The supplier may adjust the variety and quantity in the "Spare Parts Selection Table" based on its own experience, but the adjustment should be minimal.
List the list of spare parts and consumables for the monthly installation and commissioning phase. List the list of spare parts and consumables for the annual normal production operation phase. 369
