YC/T26—2002
This standard is a revision of YC/T26--1995 "Diacetate cellulose tow for cigarette" based on GB/T1.1-2000 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and writing rules of standards". This standard replaces YC/T26-1995 "Cellulose acetate tow for cigarettes". Compared with YC/T26-1995, the main changes of this standard are as follows: the scope of application of the standard has been expanded, and this standard is applicable to tows of various specifications; the test method has become a normative reference document of this standard, and the chapter on test methods has been cancelled; Chapter 3 "Terms and Definitions" is a new addition, which defines four terms for cellulose acetate tow for cigarettes; the chapter "Requirements" has added the requirements for the non-toxicity of tows and the coefficient of variation of tow line density; the requirements that tows should not have dripping, cutting and splitting; the nominal values (rated values) of tow line density, single filament line density and crimp number are determined according to design requirements ; Changed breaking strength to breaking strength; adjusted the limit values of tow density tolerance, crimp number tolerance, breaking strength, oil content, residual acetone content, titanium dioxide content, etc.
- Chapter 5 (Inspection Rules) 5.3 and 5.4 contain the contents related to sampling, and cancelled the chapter on sampling methods and frequency; - Added "Inspection Classification" (see 5.1), added the provisions for factory inspection (see 5.3); stipulated five situations for type inspection (see 5.1.2); modified the batching rules;
- Factory inspection is in accordance with GB/T282819 87 "Batch inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to continuous batch inspection)" requirements are organized and implemented;
Type inspection is organized and implemented in accordance with the requirements of GB/T2829--1987 "Periodic inspection counting sampling procedures and sampling tables (applicable to the inspection of production process stability)";
The sampling method of the yarn bundles in the sample is modified, and the sampling method for factory inspection is different from the sampling method for type inspection; the quality (weight) inspection and quality (weight) inspection of the yarn bundles in the sample are not carried out; the quality characteristics are divided into A, B according to the importance of the quality characteristics C three categories, unqualified products are divided into three categories of A, BC at the same time; - The qualification of the inspection batch is judged according to the sampling plan and the total number of unqualified products; the provisions for re-inspection are cancelled;
- Added the provisions for disposal after inspection;
- The mark should add: product standard number, manufacturer address, trademark, license number and other contents; clarify the requirements for the quality of moisture-proof materials lining the tow package, and require its quality to comply with the provisions of GB9693-1988 "Sanitary Standards for Polypropylene Resins for Food Packaging" and GB/T12025-1989 "High-density Polyethylene Blown Film". This standard is proposed by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Cigarette Sub-Technical Committee of the National Tobacco Standard Promotion Technical Committee. The drafting units of this standard are: China Tobacco Material Company, Science and Education Department of the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration, Nantong Acetate Fiber Co., Ltd., and National Tobacco Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.

Peculiar smell
If the yarn bundle is mixed with smells other than the inherent smell of the yarn bundle itself, the yarn bundle is said to have "peculiar smell". 4 Requirements
4.1 Safety
4.1.1 The yarn bundle should be non-toxic.
4.1.2 Test method: According to GB15193.3, acute oral toxicity test is carried out on mice. The test is completed by the yarn bundle manufacturer who entrusts the qualified national inspection agency with toxicity test capabilities. Before the yarn bundle is put on the market, the manufacturer shall obtain at least one identification report that can prove that the yarn bundle produced is non-toxic. If the type of raw materials used to produce the yarn bundle changes, the manufacturer shall provide a new identification report on the non-toxicity of the yarn bundle.
4.2 Physical and chemical properties

Type inspection
A package of tow is a unit product. The packages of tow of the same specification produced on the same day (0:00 to 24:00) are the inspection batch. The batch quality is expressed by the number of unqualified products per 100 units of products. 5.3 Factory inspection

5.3.5 The sampling point for all the yarn bundles in the sample is at the pre-packing place of the swinging wire. The sample is taken when the yarn bundle is about to fall. At least 100 yarn bundles are placed in a clean glass bottle and the bottle cap is tightly closed as a sample for testing the residual acetone content and moisture content of the yarn bundles; then take about 12kg of yarn bundles and put them in a special basin as a sample for other inspection items. 5.3.6 Inspect the samples according to the provisions of 4.10 of GB/T2828-1987. 539
