This standard applies to the changes of drawings and design documents of mechanical industry products, including CAD files. Other drawings and technical documents can be adopted for reference. 2 Referenced standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised, and the parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB/T17825.6-1999CAD file management change rules JB/T5054.1—2000 3 Change principles General principles for product drawings and design documents||t t||3.1 The changes of drawings and documents must be carried out after the signing procedures are completed in accordance with the provisions of the technical responsibility system. 3.2 When changing drawings and documents, relevant documents such as CAD files of the same code but different media should be changed accordingly to ensure the coordination and consistency of relevant documents. 3.3 The changed drawings and documents shall not reduce the quality of the product, must comply with the provisions of relevant standards, and shall be correct, complete, unified and clear. And ensure that the original drawings and documents before the change are available for reference. 4 Change method 4.1 Method with change mark 4.1.1 Strike through, cross out the dimensions, text, symbols, graphics, etc. that need to be changed on the drawings or documents with a solid line, and the crossed-out part should be able to clearly see the content before the change, and then fill in the new dimensions, text, symbols, graphics, etc., and write the change mark near the changed part, which is represented by lowercase Chinese pinyin letters (1~2) with a circle, such as: ③, ①, ②·.·\, and use a thin solid line to lead the change mark to the changed part, see Figure 1. Change marks are generally arranged for each drawing or document. When there are multiple drawings or documents with the same code, the change marks should be arranged for the entire drawing or document. The same change mark should be filled in on each drawing or document to be changed, or on the first sheet of the drawing or document. Approved by the State Bureau of Machinery Industry on March 30, 2000, implemented on October 1, 2000 JB/T5054.6-2000 4.1.2 Scrape or wash away the size, text, symbols, graphics, etc. on the drawing or document that need to be changed, and fill in the new content: and fill in the corresponding change mark nearby according to the provisions of 4.1.1 of this standard. 4.1.3 Changes to CAD files a) Delete the part to be changed, input new content, and fill in the corresponding change mark near it according to the provisions of 4.1.1 of this standard; b) Add a new layer (usually the 15th layer), name it the change layer, and store the changed part. If this layer is closed, the content of this layer will neither be displayed nor drawn;wwW.bzxz.Net c) See Figure 2 for an example of changes Before change After change Change layer entry d) If necessary, the method of swiping can also be used. 4.2 Method without change mark How to change CAD files: a) Delete the part to be changed, and input new content in the corresponding position; b) Input the change mark, guide line and deleted content in the corresponding part of the change layer, close this layer, and the content of this layer will neither be displayed nor drawn, see Figure 3. Before change After change Change layer input items 4.3 Fill in the contents of the change column: a) Change mark; b) Number of changes - -Number of changes under the same mark; c) Change document number d) Change date; e) Signature of the person who made the change. Number of change notification form; 5 Change procedure JB/T5054.6—2000 5.1Select the change notification form format, and the designer shall fill it out item by item according to the specified content. The recommended format of the change notification form is shown in Appendix A (Suggested Appendix) Format 1 and 2. 5.2 The change notification form shall be signed by the relevant departments in accordance with the provisions of the technical responsibility system and/or approved by the relevant leaders before it can be changed. The signing of CAD files shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5054.1. 5.3 Change the relevant drawings and documents according to the change notice. 5.3.1 For drawings and documents not designed by CAD, the person responsible for the change shall change the base map and fill in the change column. Changes in the following situations may be handled separately: a) For drawings and documents of joint design, the unit responsible for keeping the base map shall issue a copy of the change notice (or photocopy) to the enterprise holding the photocopy (or sub-base map) of the base map, and the enterprise may make changes based on the copy of the change notice (or photocopy). b) For drawings and documents of single unit (piece) and one-time production, if there are obvious errors that hinder normal production, it is allowed to change the photocopy first, and the formalities should be completed in time afterwards. c) For drawings and documents of prototype trial production, if there are obvious errors that hinder normal production, it is allowed to change the photocopy first and make records, and notify the relevant departments when necessary. 5.3.2 The change procedure of CAD files shall comply with the provisions of GB/T17825.6. 6 Change Management ·6.1 The design (preparation) department shall be responsible for the changes of drawings and documents designed by the self (surveying and mapping); the purchasing unit shall be responsible for the changes of drawings and documents purchased from outside; the changes of drawings and documents of products provided by users and produced in cooperation shall be handled in accordance with the agreement. If the agreement does not stipulate, the product manufacturing unit shall be responsible for the changes. 6.2 The change notice shall be numbered, and the original or copy must be archived or stored in storage media such as disks, tapes, and CDs for future reference. The numbering of the change notice can refer to the numbering method of the change notice in Appendix B (Suggested Appendix). 6.3 The change of the drawings of the general and borrowed parts shall not destroy the general and borrowed nature. Otherwise, new drawings shall be drawn, new codes shall be assigned, and all drawings and documents related to them shall be changed. The original drawings shall still be retained for reference. 6.4 If the changed drawings and documents destroy the interchangeability, new codes shall be assigned or footnote numbers shall be added. New drawings and documents may also be drawn, and the drawings and documents related to them shall be changed. 6.5 If the base map of the drawing or document cannot be used due to damage, the base map needs to be redrawn. However, its code shall not be changed. 6.5.1 The new base map shall be redrawn according to the last changed size, text, graphics, etc. 6.5.2 Filling in the change column of the new base map: a) In the mark column, fill in the last change mark: b) In the number column, fill in the word "redrawn": c) In the signature and date column, the person responsible for review after the redrawing shall sign his name and date. 6.5.3 There shall be an obvious "invalid" mark on the old base map, and the name and date shall be signed by the person in charge. The old base map or its copy shall also be filed for reference. 6.5.4 The new base map shall be signed by the specified personnel. If it is inconvenient to obtain the signature of the original personnel on the new base map, the name and date of the original personnel shall be filled in in long Fangsong font. 6.5.5 The modified drawings and documents shall be immediately printed and sent to the relevant original drawing users. At the same time, the original drawings shall be collected and centrally stored or destroyed. 65 JB/T5054.6—2000 Appendix A (Suggestive Appendix) Format of Change Notice A1 Two formats are recommended for the change notice of drawings and documents (CAD files). As shown below: Drawing and document category code Change sequence number Design or preparation department code Change year number Drawing and document category code Drawing and document code category is expressed in uppercase Chinese phonetic letters, according to the provisions of Table B!. Table B1 Non-standard design Quality control, inspection Change year number Change year number is expressed in four Arabic numerals. For example: the four-digit number "1999" is used for changes in 1999. Design or compilation department code The design or compilation department code is represented by capital Chinese phonetic characters, according to the provisions of Table B2. If necessary, an Arabic numeral can be added after it to distinguish the group in the department, etc. Table B2 Design or compilation department Design department Technology department Quality and inspection department Standardization Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
