Drillable bridge plug drilling and milling operation procedures
SY/T 55B7.18--93
This standard specifies the drilling and milling design, operation preparation, operation procedures, quality control and safety requirements for drillable bridge plugs in vertical wells. This standard applies to the drilling and milling operations of drillable bridge plugs in vertical wells. 2 Reference standards
SY/T5587.6 Conventional well repair for oil and water wells, operation procedures for pulling and lowering tubing, SY/T5587.7 Well repair for oil and water wells, washing and operation procedures, SY/T5587.1 Conventional well repair for oil and water wells, operation procedures for clearing wells and cutting casing, SY/T5587.5 Conventional well repair for oil and water wells, sand flushing operation procedures for sand exploration surface in oil wells 3 Operation design
Write the operation design according to the requirements of drilling and milling drillable bridge density: the design format and content are shown in Appendix A (supplement). 4 Operation preparation
4.1 Preparation of tools and tubing
4.1.1 The size, specifications and quantity of the drill bit (grinding shoe) and the basket should be prepared according to the casing size and operation design requirements. 4.1.2 The 73mm tubing in Nizhong should comply with the provisions of SY/T5587.6. 4.2 Well preparation
4.2.1 Sand flushing operation on the sand exploration surface shall comply with the provisions of SY/T5587.5. 4.2.2 Well washing operation shall comply with the provisions of SY/T5587.7. 4.2.3 Casing cleaning and scraping operation shall comply with the provisions of SY/T65587.16. 42.4 Before drilling and milling the drillable bridge plug, make sure that there is no fallen objects on the bridge plug surface in the well. 5 Operation sequence
5.1 Screw drilling and milling of drillable bridge plug
5.1.1 Ground inspection of screw drilling
a. Before going down the well, it must be tested. When the displacement reaches 100~800L/min, the drilling tool is required to rotate smoothly without swinging and check whether the bypass valve is automatically closed;
b. After stopping the pump, check whether the bypass valve is automatically opened. 5.1.2 Pipeline structure (from bottom to top)
Drilling and milling tools → basket → screw drill → lifting short section → buffer → lowering filter → lifting short section → oil pipe. 5.1.3 Lowering the pipe string
The pipe string should be lowered at a uniform speed of 20-30m/min. The pipe string should be filled with repair and repair fluid every 600m. When it is about 50m away from the bridge plug surface, it should be slowly lowered to the bridge plug surface to reduce the hanging weight by 5kN. 5.1.4 Drilling and milling
Lift the pipe string 12m away from the bridge plug surface, and start the pump circulation to reach the specified plate. After flushing the bridge plug surface for a short time, slowly lower it and control the drilling pressure at 5~16kN, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet shall not exceed 3MPa, and drill and mill directly to the design specified depth. 5.2 Power faucet drilling and milling drillable bridge plug
5.2.1 The pipe string structure (from bottom to top) is connected in sequence as drilling and milling tool→basket→drill chain→drill rod→power faucet. 5.2.2 The lowering of the pipe string shall comply with the provisions of SY/T5587.6. 5.2.3 When the pipe string is about 50m away from the bridge plug surface, it shall be slowly lowered to the bridge plug surface, and the hanging weight shall be reduced by 5kN. 5.2.4 Lift the pipe string 1~2m away from the bridge plug surface, start the pump circulation, and start the power faucet after it is normal. When the power faucet operates normally, slowly lower the pipe string, control the hanging weight to drop by 7~40kN, the speed is 80~100r/min, the displacement reaches the upward return speed of 0,8m/s, and drill and mill to the designed depth.
5.3 Drilling and drilling chain for drillable bridge Xin
5.3.1 The pipe string structure (from bottom to top) is connected in sequence as drilling and milling tool-basket-drilling chain→drill rod→kelly drill rod. 5.3.2 Lower the pipe string, the specific requirements are the same as 5, 2.2. 5.3.3 Lift the pipe string 1~2m away from the bridge plug surface, start the pump circulation, and start the rotary table after it is normal. When the rotary table is running normally, slowly lower the pipe string, control the drilling pressure at 7~40kN, the speed is generally 80~100r/min, the displacement reaches the return speed of 0.8m/s or more, and drill and mill to the designed depth according to the design parameters.
6 Operation quality control and safety requirements
6.1 Quality control
6, 1.1 The tools, specifications, quantity and structure of the pipe string must be recorded in detail and schematic diagrams. 6.1.2 The thread of the lowered pipe string must be coated with sealing grease, and the tightening torque of the thread must meet the regulations. 6.1.3 The speed of lifting and lowering the pipe string is uniform and the operation is smooth. 6.1.4 The workover fluid must meet the requirements for protecting the oil layer. 6.1.5 When drilling and milling drillable bridge plugs, avoid damaging the casing. 6.1.6 When using a screw drill, the workover fluid must meet its technical conditions. 6.2 Safety requirements
6.2.1 When lifting and lowering the pipe string, a qualified weight indicator (tensile gauge) and a control device must be installed at the operating wellhead. 6.2.2 During drilling and milling operations, there must be a dedicated person to direct the workover port. 6.2.3 When using a screw drill, a closed cycle should be used, and the distance between the inlet and outlet of the workover fluid should not be less than 20m, and purification measures should be taken. 6,2.4 During the drilling and milling process, at the same depth, if there is no footage for more than 20 minutes, the pipe string should be lifted to analyze the cause, and the drilling pressure and displacement should not be increased blindly.
6.2.5 When drilling and milling the lower section of the drillable bridge plug, there must be specific blowout prevention measures.
7.1 Quality requirements
.1.1 Achieve the purpose of the operation and drill through the closed section.
7.1.2 When using drilling and milling tools, avoid damaging the casing.
7.1.3 When using the repair fluid, not only meet the operation requirements, but also prevent pollution of the oil layer.
6.2.5 When drilling and milling the lower section of the drillable bridge plug, there must be specific blowout prevention measures.
7.1.5 The format and content of the drilling and milling operation record of the drillable bridge plug shall comply with the provisions of Appendix B (Supplement). 7,2 Quality inspection
7.2.1 The pass gauge (scraper) can smoothly pass to the artificial bottom or design depth. 7.2.2 The format and content of the drillable bridge plug drilling and milling operation summary shall comply with the provisions of Appendix C (supplement). A1 Surface size
