2.1.3 The same preparation process must be used for the same type of specimens in the same batch. 2.2 Specimen preparation
2.2.1 Prepare glass fiber reinforced plastic sheets with a size of 300mm×300mm×3.2mm. 2.2.2 According to the provisions of Chapter 1 of GB1446, cut 4 specimens of 130mm×130mm from the middle of the sheet that meets the requirements, and mark and number them on the edges.
2.2.3 When drilling hanging holes on the edges of the specimens, the hole walls must be polished with sandpaper. 2.3 Total number of specimens
The total number of specimens is calculated according to formula (1):
N=nXSXTXI+n.
Where: N—total number of specimens:
n——number of specimens for a single test;
S——number of test medium types;
T——number of test temperature groups:
I—number of test periods.
3 Test conditions
2.1 The specimen state adjustment and test standard environment shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB1446-83 "General Rules for Test Methods for Performance of Fiber Reinforced Plastics".
2.2 Test equipment shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB1446-83. 2.3 The loading speed shall be 1-2 mm/min. The arbitration test shall be 1 mm/min. 2.4 The schematic diagram of the clamp for the compression test is shown in Figure A1 of Appendix A (Supplement). Or other suitable clamps shall be used. 2.5 If strain gauges are used to measure strain, their grid length shall not be greater than 3 mm, and the strain gauges on both sides of the specimen shall be symmetrical. 4 Test conditions
4.1 Test mediumwwW.bzxz.Net
.sinoaec.com
Made of reagent grade or industrial grade chemicals plus distilled water or deionized water, or the test chemical medium can be selected according to technical requirements (see Appendix A).
4.2 Test temperature
Normal temperature (10-35℃), 80℃ or other temperatures according to technical requirements. 4.3 Test age
4.3.1 Normal temperature: 1, 15, 30, 90, 180, 360 days. 4.3.2 Heating: 1, 3, 7, 14, 21, 28 days Test Method for Glass Fiber Reinforced Thermosetting Plastics Chemical Resistance Data Compilation 3857-1987 Page 6 5.1 Prepare the specimens according to 2.2 of this standard. 5 Test Steps 5.2 Perform state adjustment according to Chapter 3 of GB1446-83. 5.3 Record the appearance of the test medium. 5.4 Determine the following specimen properties: a. Appearance; b. Barcol hardness, in accordance with GB3854-83: c. Flexural strength, in accordance with GB1449-83 Test Method for Flexural Properties of Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics. 5.5 Immerse the specimens in the chemical medium, and no contact should be made between the specimens or between the specimens and the container wall. 5.6 For the heating test, the sample is heated immediately after being completely immersed in the test medium. When the medium temperature reaches the test temperature, the test starts. For the normal temperature test, when the sample is immersed in the test medium, the test starts. Then take samples according to the age and follow the following steps:
5.6.1 Record the appearance changes of the sample and the medium. 5.6.2 Rinse the sample with tap water and then use filter paper to absorb the surface moisture. Store it at room temperature and humidity (relative humidity 45% to 75%) for 30 minutes, and then measure the Barcol hardness (or mass). The measurement position should be about 25mm away from the edge of the sample to ensure that it does not affect the bending strength measurement.
5.6.3 According to Chapter 1 of GB1446-83 and GB1449-83, 5 bending strength specimens are processed in the middle of the 130mmX130mm sample, packaged in a plastic bag, and tested within 48h. The time from sampling to performance measurement should be consistent each time.
5.6.4 If the specimen is found to be delaminated, blistered or otherwise damaged during the test, the test shall be terminated and the termination time shall be recorded. 5.6.5 Medium replacement: For normal temperature tests, the medium shall be replaced every 30, 90 and 180 days; for heated tests, the medium shall be replaced every 7, 14 and 21 days. For volatile or unstable test media, the number of replacements shall be increased to maintain the concentration and composition of the test medium. Page 7

6.1 Change in Barcol Hardness
6 Calculation
Table or graph the Barcol hardness of each age against the age (days). 6.2 Change in Flexural Strength
Calculate the percentage change in flexural strength △αf of each age according to formula (2) to three significant figures. of2-ofl
Where: αf1——Flexural strength before test, MPa (kgf/cm[2])·(2
f2——Flexural strength after test, MPa (kgf/cm[2]). The percentage change of flexural strength at each age is tabulated or graphed against the age (days). When measuring the flexural modulus or weight, the corresponding percentage change is also required to be calculated and tabulated or graphed against the age (days).
