3. The lubricating oil used in the expander should be kept drip-free. The mesh size of the oil drainer is smaller than or equal to 0.08m. The temperature of the lubricating oil should not be less than 0.IMPa and can be adjusted. The pressure that the lubricating oil system can withstand should not be less than 0.4MPa. 3.7 After the seals of the inlet and outlet valves are adjusted normally, there should be no gas leakage. 3. After the expander is assembled, the joints of the gas circuit, oil circuit and water circuit should be sealed and should not leak. 3.9 The exposed moving parts of the expander should be covered with protective covers. 3.10 There is an overspeed resistor at the bottom of the expander. When the machine reaches 110%~115% of the design speed, it should be able to automatically stop the gas supply. 3.11 The exhaust pipe of the expander should be equipped with a limiting device, which can also be installed in the corresponding process pipeline. 3.11 The gas circuit parts such as the expander gas pipe, the inlet and outlet pipes, etc. should be subjected to water pressure test at 1.5 times the nominal pressure (gauge pressure), and the water circuit parts should be subjected to water pressure test at a pressure of 0.45MPa. The pressure holding time should be no less than 30m, and there should be no runaway phenomenon. 3.13 The replacement period of the main wearing parts of the expander should comply with the provisions of Table 2. 3.14 The surface of the expander should be smooth and clean, the parts should be decorated, the cylinder and the intermediate body 1, the intake and exhaust valves and the regulating valves should be plated with anti-rust layer,
3.15 The expander supplied to the user should also include: a) brake motor, starting device, motor base and other auxiliary devices; b) transmission belt or other transmission parts:
Center necessary special tools:
! d Necessary spare parts, the quantity of which is sufficient for the full warranty period: e) Installation drawings. Instructions for use, certificate of conformity, packing list. 3.16 Under the conditions that the user complies with the instructions for use, the manufacturer shall provide a warranty of RMB 8,000 (excluding accessories) within 18 months from the date of shipment. If the product is damaged or cannot function properly due to poor design or manufacturing during the warranty period, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it free of charge in a timely manner.
4 Test method
The performance test method of expander shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T9079.2. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 Each expander shall be inspected and qualified by the technical inspection department of the manufacturing unit and can only be shipped out of the factory with a product qualification certificate. 5.2 The expander shall be subject to type inspection when it falls into one of the following situations: 2
JB/T9079.1—1999
) Trial production of new products or old products during conversion to current production: b1 After normal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials or processes, which may affect product performance; when the normal production time exceeds 13 years or the number of products is more than 50; when the product is discontinued for more than 1 year and then resumed; 2) When the results of sampling inspection or factory inspection are significantly different from those of the previous type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency issues the requirement for type inspection. Before type inspection, the product’s degree of exhaustion should be checked. The continuous operation time of type inspection should be no less than 50%, and the continuous operation time under the maximum free load (guaranteed fire pressure and gas pressure) should be no less than 4 days. The rest of the time should be carried out in accordance with normal operation records. During the test transmission process, the operation of all mechanisms should be checked: the exhaust salt, inlet and outlet temperature and pressure of the expander should be measured, and the grade rate calculation should be performed; the feasibility of the safety mechanism should be checked: the noise value should be measured; and the product should be disassembled for inspection after operation, and the seat volume of the easily removable parts should be measured and detailed correction records should be made: conclusions should be drawn on whether the product’s performance meets this standard. 5.3. For the batch production of expanders, the annual output shall be followed by sampling inspection according to the number specified in Table 3. The cleanliness shall be checked during sampling inspection. The continuous operation time shall not be less than 24h, of which the maximum operating temperature shall be less than 5h, and the rest shall be carried out under normal conditions. During the operation, the exhaust volume, inlet and exhaust pressure, inlet and exhaust temperature and speed of the expander shall be measured and the efficiency shall be calculated, and the reliability of the whole mechanism shall be checked. If there are unqualified ones, they shall be adjusted according to the efficiency screening of the number of units specified in Table 3. If there are still unqualified ones, they shall be inspected one by one. The inspection results shall comply with this standard and be verified after disassembly and inspection. The sampling inspection shall be evenly distributed throughout the year according to the production batch situation. Table 3 Batch sampling face test number

5,4 Each machine shall be subject to factory inspection by the manufacturer, and its continuous operation time shall not be less than 4h, of which it shall be able to operate continuously under maximum positive air pressure for not less than 3h. In addition to checking the assembly quality and the accuracy of the interaction between parts during operation, the inlet and exhaust pressure, inlet and exhaust temperature and speed of the bladder should also be checked to see if they are normal (no performance assessment is performed, and the safety mechanism is reliable). 6 Labeling, packaging and storage
6.1 Each expander shall be equipped with a label at a conspicuous position. The size and technical requirements of the label shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The label shall at least indicate the following:
a) Product model and name;

e) Maximum intake pressure, MPa;
d) Exhaust pressure, MPaR
Maximum exhaust pressure, mh
f Speed, r/min;
g) Net weight, kg
h) Factory number;

6.? Packaging of the expansion machine should be done after the paint is dry and should comply with the provisions of GB 13384. &.3 The oil seal is guaranteed to be effective within 1 year from the date of shipment from the manufacturer under normal transportation conditions. 6.4 The expansion machine and its spare parts and accessories should be stored in a flat place with a cover in the warehouse. During storage, anti-casting and anti-toxic inspections should be carried out regularly, and new seals should be added when necessary.
