CB8537_1995 "Drinking Natural Mineral Water" No. 1 Amendment
This amendment was approved by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China on June 11, 2001 with the document No. [2001)018 of the Quality Inspection Office, and will be implemented on January 1, 2002. Article 7.6 is replaced by a new article;
"7.6-The shelf life of bottled products with drinkable packaging shall not be less than 1 year; the shelf life of barreled products with non-disposable packaging (before the barrel cover is opened) shall not be less than 3 months. Enterprises can indicate the specific shelf life on the label according to the above provisions for different types of packaged products based on their own technical level, regional and seasonal temperature differences, and marketing conditions."
