This standard specifies the classification and technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of ZDP11~15 double disc refiners (hereinafter referred to as "disc refiners").
This standard is applicable to disc refiners for continuous pulping of papermaking pulp or other fiber pulp. The diameter of the refiner is 350~750mm. 2 Referenced Standards

When using internal series beating, the diameter of the pulp outlet pipe of ZDP13 disc mill is 90, when using single-tube pulping, the pulp inlet diameter is 125 and the pulp outlet diameter is 110.
7ZDP13 type can choose high-voltage motor according to user requirements, while ZDP15 type generally refers to high-voltage motor. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 Basic requirements
4.1.1 The disc mill shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.1.2 The welded parts, processed parts and assembly of the disc mill shall comply with the relevant provisions of QB/T1588.1~~1588.3. 4.2 Performance
4.2.1 Working conditions

4.4.3 Assembly requirements

a) The turntable must rotate flexibly and should comply with the provisions of QB/T1588.3, with no axial movement obstruction; b) When operated manually or electrically, the forward and backward movement of the moving seat should be smooth and flexible without obstruction. 4.4.4 The automatic controller of the disc grinder with a microcomputer should be easy to adjust, and the user can debug it by himself according to the instructions when using it. 4.4.5 Interchangeability requirements
The grinding disc of the disc grinder should ensure that the matching with the turntable, housing, moving seat and other parts meets the requirements of interchangeability. 4.5 Operation performance requirements
4.5.1 The idling operation should be smooth and flexible, the bearings should be well lubricated, and the seals should be reliable without leakage. 4.5.2 During operation, there should be no abnormal screaming and irregular impact sound, and the sound pressure level of the idling noise, the bearing temperature rise and the maximum bearing temperature of the whole machine should not exceed the requirements of Table 6.

4.6 Reliability requirements
4.6.1When the gap between the grinding discs is adjusted electrically, the reciprocating action shall be sensitive and the limit device shall be reliable. 25
4.6.2The wiring of the electric control box shall be neat and the electrical requirements shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB4720. ZDP13
4.6.3The control systems and alarm systems of the automatic controller of the microcomputer disc grinder shall be sensitive and reliable, and the command signals shall be accurate. 4.6.4The disc grinder coupling shall be equipped with protective devices and shall be safe and reliable. 4.7 Appearance quality requirements
4.7.1 The outer surface of the disc grinder should be flat and smooth, and there should be no obvious misalignment between the adjacent connecting edges. The auxiliary mechanism should be coordinated with the main machine. 4.7.2 The quality of the paint shall comply with the provisions of QB/T1588.4. If the user has special requirements for the paint color, it shall be agreed upon by both parties. 4.8 Requirements for completeness
a) One main machine;

c) The spare parts and accessories supplied randomly shall be complete as required. 5 Test methods
5.1 4.3, 4.4, 4.6, 4.7, and 4.8 in the technical requirements shall be inspected in accordance with the manufacturer's inspection specifications. 5. 2 Operation test
5.2.1 The idling test time shall not be less than 2h, and the idling noise measurement shall comply with the relevant provisions of ZBJ50004. 5.2.2 The surface temperature of the bearing seat shall be measured with a thermometer, and the leakage at the seal shall be inspected by visual inspection and touch. 5.2.3 The reliability test of the electric adjustment reciprocating motion shall be conducted for no less than 5 times. 5.3 Under the conditions of 4.2.1 and 4.2.2, the performance and pulping quality shall be measured according to the professional measurement method of the pulping process of the paper mill. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 The disc mill must be inspected and qualified by the inspection department of the manufacturer and accompanied by a product certificate before it can leave the factory. 6.2 Factory inspection items
a) The general assembly inspection shall comply with the provisions of 4.4;
b) The operating performance shall comply with the provisions of 4.5;
c) The appearance quality shall comply with the provisions of 4.7;

d) Article 5.2 shall be sampled at 10% of the number of units shipped from each batch, but not less than 2 units. If one unit fails to meet the requirements, double the sample inspection shall be carried out, and if another unit fails to meet the requirements, a full inspection shall be carried out.
6.3 Type test
Performance in use is a type test, which is carried out among users. One unit is sampled each time and is carried out in one of the following situations: a) When a new product is tested for type identification;
b) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; c) When the national quality supervision agency proposes a type test requirement. When the manufacturer holds a relevant certificate signed by the user stating that the product complies with this standard, the test may not be carried out. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, and storage
7.1 Marking
7.1.1 A product label is fixed at a conspicuous position on the disc grinder. The content of the label is as follows: a) Product name;
b) Product model;
c) Main product parameters;
d) Manufacturer's name;
e) Manufacturing date (or number).
7.1.2 The outer wall of the packaging box should be clearly, neatly and durable, and the contents are as follows: a) Manufacturer's name;
b) Product name and model;
c) Receiving unit, shipping station name, and arrival station name; d) Packaging, storage and transportation diagrams marked with "Handle with care", "Upward", "Lift from here", "Avoid moisture" and "Center of gravity"; e) Overall dimensions and gross weight;
f) Packaging, storage and transportation, and shipping and receiving signs should comply with the provisions of GB/T14253. 7.2 Packaging, storage and transportation
7.2.1 The disc grinder is shipped in separate boxes, with the main machine and electric control box each packed in one box, and the packaging and accessories of the automation controller fixed in the main machine box. 7.2.2 Anti-rust grease is applied to the exposed processed surface before packing. 7.2.3 The following documents should be placed in the main engine packaging box: a) Product certificate;
b) Product manual;
c) Packing list.
7.3 Storage
7.3.1 The disc mill should be unpacked and inspected once every 6 months from the date of packing, and anti-rust measures should be taken when necessary. 7.3.2 After packing, it should be placed in a dry and well-ventilated place. It should not be stored in the open air, and it should not be piled up with corrosive chemicals. For temporary open air storage, rain and moisture protection measures should be taken. 291
