This standard specifies the performance test method for the medium and small power diesel engine fuel injection ticket plunger pair (hereinafter referred to as plunger pair). This standard applies to the medium and small power diesel engine fuel injection accumulator plunger pair. 2 Reference standards

3.1 The lubricant for the plunger pair sliding test shall be well-filtered No. 0 light diesel oil in accordance with GB252. 3.2 The plunger pair diameter sealing test shall be carried out under the following conditions. 4.1. Sliding property test of plunger pair
After cleaning and lubricating the parts with well-filtered No. 0 light diesel oil that meets the requirements of GB252, place the plunger pair at a 45° angle to the horizontal, and pull out 1/3 of the length of the working surface of the plunger from the plunger sleeve. The plunger rotates around its axis to any position. After letting go, the plunger can slide down by its own weight without any obstruction. 4.2 Plunger pair diameter sealing test
4.2.1 The plunger pair diameter sealing test is carried out using an isobaric test method. During the test, the sealing end face of the plunger sleeve is blocked, and the pressure in the space above the plunger is 20±0.3MPa.
4.2.2 The angular position of the plunger sleeve relative to the oil return hole of the plunger sleeve (geometric effective stroke of the plunger sleeve) shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 of JB/T7173.1 or be implemented in accordance with the technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. 4.2.3 Other oil pressure or air pressure test methods are allowed for the plunger pair diameter sealing test, but it must be ensured that the sample quality requirements specified in Article 3.10 of JB/T7173.1 are met. 4.3 Reliability test of plunger pair

Reliability test method of plunger pair

The plunger pair to be tested for reliability shall comply with the provisions of product drawings and relevant technical documents, and shall be inspected by the factory inspection department. Samples shall be taken at the production warehouse or at the end of the production line, with a sample matrix of no less than 90 pairs; samples shall be taken from users or the market, and 8 pairs shall be randomly sampled without limiting the number of sample matrices.
A2 Test method
A2.1 The reliability test of plunger pair is to install it in the fuel injection pump and perform cold drag operation on the indoor fuel injection pump reliability test bench. A2.2 The reliability test of the plunger pair is carried out according to the 750h timed truncation test method. A2.3 The reliability test conditions of the plunger pair are the same as those of the fuel injection ticket. A2.4 If the plunger pair is damaged during the test, it is judged as failed, and the test of the failed sample is stopped. A2.5 At the end of the 750h test, the plunger pair should be checked for the sealing of the diameter according to the provisions of Article 3.10 of JB/T7173.1. If the sealing value is lower than the lower limit of the sealing value of similar products (maximum for intermediate acid) for more than 3s, it is judged as failed. A3 Time of failure
