This standard is a revision of GB/T6345.1~6345.2-1986 (first edition). GB/T6345.1~6345.2-1986 was formulated based on GB2312-1980. After long-term actual use, some problems were found. In order to further improve the quality of fonts and ensure the coordination and unification between standards, the first edition of the standard was revised. The specific revisions are as follows: In order to ensure the overall consistency and the quality of individual characters, the entire font was comprehensively revised, and 126 character fonts in areas 10 and 11 were added.
This standard will replace GB/T6345.1~6345.2-1986 from the date of entry into force. Appendix A, Appendix B and Appendix C of this standard are the appendices of the standard. According to GB2312, the following are provided: 682 foreign letters and other graphic characters in zones 01 to 09; 3755 first-level Chinese characters in zones 16 to 55;
3008 second-level Chinese characters in zones 56 to 87; and 6 characters are added from positions 27 to 32 in zone 8. 94 half-word graphic characters are added from positions 01 to 94 in zone 10. 32 half-word characters of Pinyin are added from positions 01 to 32 in zone 11. 5 Display method of dot matrix font
5.1 Grid
GB 6345--2001
The grid is formed by the intersection of a number of equidistant vertical lines and horizontal lines. This standard is a 32-dot matrix font standard, and its grid is 32 horizontal grids and 32 vertical grids. The center of each square is defined as the center position of the dot. 5.4 Area code and position number
The number above each dot matrix typeface grid indicates the area code and position number of the character in Table 1 of GB2312. The area code and position number are connected by a hyphen.
