This standard is based on JB/T97 Based on GB/T14096-1999 "Technical Conditions for Fuel Injection Pump Test Bench" and GB/T14096-1993 "Test Methods for Fuel Injection Pump Test Bench", this standard amends JB/T51175.194 "Quality Indicators for Fuel Injection Pump Test Bench Product Quality Grading Standard", JB/T51175.2-94 "Test Methods for Fuel Injection Pump Test Bench Product Quality Grading Standard", and JB/T51175.3-94 "Inspection Rules for Fuel Injection Pump Test Bench Product Quality Grading Standard". During the revision, the contents that have been proven to be suitable for national conditions and objectively reflect the quality level of products have been retained, and the explanatory contents of sampling inspection and quality grade assessment have been added. In accordance with the provisions of relevant documents, the three separate standards have been merged into one standard and editorial modifications have been made.
Compared with JB/T51175.1~51175.394, the main technical content of this standard has been changed as follows: the two non-inspectable items of coupling stiffness and fuel injection pump installation stability have been cancelled. Because its influence on the test bench can be controlled by the detection of several other dynamic properties. For example, the stiffness of the coupling can be guaranteed by the detection of angular displacement; - the relative angular displacement requirements are added, and it is classified as Class C in Table 13; - the requirements for the neutrality of the fuel injection pump installation are modified to be consistent with JB/T9734: - the test bench repeatability requirements are added according to JB/T9734, and it is classified as Class A in Table 13; - the flow requirements and flow test methods of the standard fuel injector assembly on the test bench are added: - the load pump parameters in Table 9 are modified according to the provisions of JB/T9734 to be consistent with it. Appendix A of this standard is the appendix of the standard.
This standard replaces JB/T51175.1-51175.394 from the date of implementation. This standard is proposed and managed by the Technical Committee for Standardization of Fuel Pumps and Nozzles. The drafting unit of this standard: Wuxi Fuel Pump and Nozzle Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard: Zhu Xifen, Xu Nianbao, Chen Guoqiang. This standard was first issued in 1987, and the standard number was adjusted to JB/T51175.1~51175.394 in 1994.1

This standard specifies the grading indicators, inspection methods, sampling inspection and grade assessment rules for the product quality of fuel injection pump test benches (hereinafter referred to as test benches).
This standard is applicable to the quality grade inspection and assessment of fuel injection pump test benches used for routine verification of fuel injection pump assemblies for medium and high-speed diesel engines.

Standard fuel injector assembly for fuel injection pump test bench, technical conditions 3.1 The test bench shall be manufactured according to the product drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures, and shall comply with the requirements of JB/T9734 and this standard. The terms shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T9734.
3.2 Stable load speed fluctuation
Under the conditions of stable permissible load and stable power supply, the speed fluctuation rate of the drive shaft within 1min, or the speed fluctuation value △n, the quality classification index shall be as specified in Table 1. Due to the cyclic torque generated by the tested injection pump, the instantaneous speed fluctuation of the mounting surface of the drive shaft coupling of the test bench within each revolution is caused. When calibrating any injection pump within the working range allowed by the test bench, the speed reduction of the tested injection pump between no load and full load shall not exceed 12 of the speed reduction of the tested governor. The speed regulation size of the governor shall not exceed 5% for qualified products, and not exceed 3% for first-class and superior products.
