This standard is revised on the basis of the former professional standards of the Ministry of Light Industry ZBJ47001--1985 "Terms of Construction (Masonry) Tools", ZBJ47002--1985 "General Technical Conditions of Construction (Masonry) Tools", and ZBJ47003--1985 "Inspection Rules, Marking, Packaging and Transportation of Construction (Masonry) Tools", and converted into light industry standards. In the overall structure of the standard, the terminology, general technical conditions and product standards of construction tools are retained, and the original ZBI47003--1985 "Inspection Rules, Marking, Packaging and Transportation of Construction (Masonry) Tools" are cancelled, and some of its relevant provisions are merged into the general technical conditions. Product standards are retained according to the numbers in the terms. A "diamond shovel" product standard is added. This standard changes the word "bricks" in the brackets of the original name to "bricks" and puts it behind the standard name "construction tools" to make the hand tools used in construction operations more standardized and make clear limitations in the scope of application. This standard is a supporting standard. The terms and general technical conditions are based on the original standard, and the technical content that has been proven to be suitable for my country's situation in practice is retained. The main dimensions in the product standard have been optimized, several specifications have been added, and the extreme deviations have been noted. This standard has modified and improved some quality indicators.
From the date of implementation of this standard, ZBJ47001~47003-1985 will be abolished at the same time. This standard is proposed by the Quality Standards Department of China Light Industry Association. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Tool Hardware Standardization Center.
