5 Technical requirements
5.1 Appearance quality
QB/T 1478---1992
Improved design sequence number, Arabic numerals are used to represent the main parameters, Arabic numerals are used to represent the force disc diameter, the unit is "mm" name code, "QB" is the first letter of the Chinese pinyin of the two words "cut" and "edge" in the trimming machine. 5.1.1 The surface of the painted parts should be flat and uniform in color, and there should be no obvious defects such as flow marks, blistering, peeling and bruises on the main visible parts. 5.1.2 The nameplate should have clear graphics and text, correct position, and no obvious scratches. 5.1.3 The surface of the electroplated parts should be flat and smooth, with uniform color, and should not have defects such as missing plating, peeling, spots, scratches and rust. 5.1.4 The surface of the oxidized parts should have uniform color, and should not have defects such as blanks, sediment spots, scratches and rust. 5.2 Machine performance
5.2.1 When the machine head is working, all moving parts should move flexibly without jamming. 5.2.2 When the machine head is under no-load condition, the sound pressure level of the running noise shall not exceed 80dB(A). 5.2.3 The fabric cutting edge shall be smooth.
5.3 Assembly accuracy
5.3.1 The tolerance of the end face runout of the cutter disc is 0.2mm. 5.3.2 The axial movement of the main shaft shall not exceed 0.05mm. 6 Test method
6.1 Appearance quality
Test method of 5.1.1 to 5.1.4 of this standard: visual inspection under the condition of illuminance of 600±2001x and inspection distance of 500mm. 6.2 Machine performance
6.2.1 Test method of 5.2.1 of this standard
Turn the cutter disc by hand and feel whether there is any jamming. 6.2.2 Test method of Article 5.2.2 of this standard
6.2.2.1 Test conditions
Fill with lubricating oil, run idly for 2 minutes;
The distance between the machine head and surrounding objects is not less than 2m; the background noise pressure level should be at least 10dB(A) lower than the machine noise sound pressure level, and the microphone is installed as shown in Figure 1.
Microphone
6.2.2.2 Test instrument
Sound level meter with an accuracy of ±0.7dB(A).
6.2.2.3 Test value
Measure 5 times and take the arithmetic mean.
6.2.3 Test method in clause 5.2.3 of this standard
QB/T 1478—1992
Cut a medium-plain cloth of 1000 mm in length and 200 mm in width and inspect visually. 6.3 Assembly accuracy
6.3.1 Test method in clause 5.3.1 of this standard
Put the contact of a dial indicator with an accuracy of 0.01 mm at the radius of the cutter disc of 42 mm and rotate the cutter disc shaft one circle. 6.3.2 Test method in clause 5.3.2 of this standard
Put the contact of a dial indicator with an accuracy of 0.01 mm at the end face of the shaft and apply a pulling force or a thrust force at the pulley. The pulling force or the thrust force should be less than 10 N.
Inspection rules
7.1 Inspection classification
Inspection is divided into factory inspection and type inspection. 7.2 Classification of nonconformities
Nonconformities indicate the importance of the unit product quality according to the quality characteristics; they can be divided into: Class B nonconformities: the important quality characteristics of the unit product do not meet the requirements; a.
b. Class C nonconformities: the general quality characteristics of the unit product do not meet the requirements. 7.3 Factory inspection
7.3.1 All products leaving the factory shall be inspected. 7.3.2 Inspection items
The inspection items and categories are shown in Table 2.
Classification of nonconformities
Inspection items
7.3.3 Qualification of individual products
A single product shall be judged as qualified when it meets the following conditions: a.
No Class B nonconformities appear;bzxZ.net
No more than one Class C nonconformity appears. 7.4 Type inspection
Factory inspection
Inspection classification
Type inspection
QB/T1478—1992
7.4.1 Type inspection is generally carried out in one of the following situations. a.
When new products are trial-produced and identified or old products are transferred to other factories for production; during formal production, if there are major changes in structure, materials, and processes that may affect product performance; during normal production, it is carried out once a year;
When the product is discontinued for more than one year (including one year) and then resumes production; d.
When the factory inspection results are significantly different from those of the last type inspection; when the national quality supervision agency proposes a requirement for type inspection. f.
7.4.2 Sample selection
Randomly select 4 sample units from a batch or several batches manufactured in this cycle and qualified by factory inspection, inspect two of the sample units, and keep the other two sample units for inspection. 7.4.3 Inspection items
Inspection items and categories are shown in Table 2.
7.4.4 Type inspection qualification judgment
Type inspection is judged to be qualified when one of the following conditions is met: the two sample units inspected do not have more than one B-type unqualified item, nor more than four C-type unqualified items, a.
and the total number of unqualified items in one sample unit does not exceed three; b. If the two sample units inspected do not have more than two B-type unqualified items, nor more than five C-type unqualified items, and the total number of unqualified items in one sample unit does not exceed four, then the same items of the other two sample units are allowed to be re-inspected, and all these items should be qualified. 8 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
8.1 Marking
The machine should have a durability nameplate.
The following contents shall be clearly marked on the nameplate: manufacturer's name;
