Hydrake Tire Mould
Subject Content and Scope of Application
HG2176-91
This standard specifies the cavity design and outer edge dimensions, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of yak tire moulds.
This standard applies to the outer tube, inner tube and airbag molds of pneumatic tires for bicycles, tricycles, carts and similar types of vehicles. Motorcycle tire molds can refer to this standard for implementation. This standard does not apply to tire molds that are not inflated and not made of rubber materials or diaphragm-shaped and vulcanized. 2 Reference standards

3.1 The cavity design of the mold must comply with the requirements of GB1702 and GB1703 for the dimensions of new tires. 3.2 The outer edge dimensions of the mold must match the corresponding inner edge dimensions and tolerances of the hot plate (steam chamber) of the vulcanizer. 4 Technical requirements
4.1 The mold should comply with the provisions of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved in the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The main material of the mold must be resistant to corrosion. The tensile strength shall not be less than 460MPa.4.3 The limit deviation of the dimensions of each part of the mold cavity shall comply with the provisions of Table 1. The fonts and trademarks (including Chinese and English) engraved on the mold cavity should be processed according to the requirements of the drawings and should comply with the provisions of GB1702 and GB1703. The fonts should be neat, uniform, clear and beautiful. 4.10 Surface roughness
HG2176-91
4.10.1 The surface roughness R of the upper and lower mold cones shall not be greater than 3.2μm, 4.10.2 Cavity surface roughness R, parameter value shall not be greater than: 1.6μum for the outer tire sidewall and the airbag cavity; 0.8urm for the inner tire cavity,
4.10.3 Surface roughness R of the pattern part, parameter value shall not be greater than 3.2μm, 4.10.4 Surface roughness R of the upper and lower planes of the mold shall not be greater than 6.3um, 4.10.5 Surface roughness R of the die joint surface, parameter value shall not be greater than 1.6um. 4.10.6 Surface roughness R of other mating surfaces, parameter value shall not be greater than 6.3um.5 Inspection rules||tt ||5.1 Each set of molds must be inspected according to the requirements of this standard before leaving the factory, and detailed inspection records must be kept. The inspection tools and inspection methods shall be in accordance with the provisions of Appendix A.
5.2 The cross-sectional curve of the mold cavity shall be inspected with a standard sample manufactured by wire cutting. The accuracy of the standard sample shall comply with the provisions of IT7 level in GB1800.
5.3 After passing the inspection, the mold must be coated with anti-rust oil in the cavity in time. 5.4 Each set of molds can only be shipped after passing the inspection according to this standard. When leaving the factory, it must be accompanied by a product certificate. 6 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
6.1 Marking|| tt||Each set of molds shall be printed with marks on the outer surface near the gas plate, including: a.
Manufacturer name or trademark;
Model (preparation method shall be in accordance with the provisions of Appendix B); Date of manufacture;
d. Mark of the upper and lower mold joint reference line;
On the upper and lower molds of each set of molds, the same factory number shall be printed; e
f. Other marks can be printed according to user requirements
6.2Mold packaging shall comply with the provisions of HG5-1543, 6.3Mold packaging and transportation marks shall comply with the provisions of GB191 and GB6388. 6.4Molds shall be stored in a dry warehouse without acid and alkaline corrosion and properly kept. 7Others
Under the condition that the user complies with the relevant requirements for transportation, storage, installation and use, and unpacks and accepts the mold within one month after arrival, the manufacturer shall bear the one-year warranty period of the mold from the date of arrival. HG2176-91
Appendix A
Inspection tools and inspection methods for bicycle tire molds (supplement)
The outer diameter and total height of the mold are measured with a vernier caliper with an accuracy of not less than 0.05mm. A2 The outer diameter, inner diameter and contact diameter of the cavity are measured with a template card or vernier caliper that meets IT6 grade accuracy. The pattern depth, length and width are measured with a vernier caliper with an accuracy of not less than 0.02mm. A3
A4 The pattern spacing and friction line length are measured with a divider and a vernier caliper with an accuracy of not less than 0.02mm. A5 The cavity section Curve clearance, use a template and feeler gauge that meet IT7 level accuracy to measure the width and depth of other decorative lines, use a template and vernier caliper to measure, A6
The surface roughness of each part of the mold is determined by comparison with the surface roughness standard sample block, Appendix B
