This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging marks, storage and transportation of machine tool topcoats. This standard applies to protective and decorative coatings on the surfaces of various machine tools. 2 Reference standards

5 Test method
5.1 General conditions for the test
5.1.1 Sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3186.

5.1.2 Test temperature and humidity shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB9278 at 23±2℃ and relative humidity at 50±5%. 5.1.3 Paint film preparation shall be carried out in accordance with GB1727 and GB9271, 23±3um plate shall be made, and the test shall be carried out after 24h. 5.1.4 Paint film thickness shall be carried out in accordance with GB1764. 5.2 Flow time
Measured in accordance with GB6753.4.
5.3 Fineness
Measured in accordance with GB6753.1.
5.4 Non-volatile content
Measured in accordance with GB6751.
5.5 Paint film color and appearance
Evaluated in accordance with GB9761.
5.6 Cross-cut test
Perform according to GB9286.
5.7 Pencil hardness

5.9 Drying time
Surface dryness shall be measured according to GB6753.2, and actual dryness shall be measured according to GB1728. 5.10 Hiding power

5.11 Gloss

5.12 Oil resistance
Performed according to GB9274, immersed in No. 20 engine oil specified in GB443. 5.13 Cutting fluid resistance
Dry paint film thickness is 23±3um, and after drying for 24 hours, immerse in synthetic cutting fluid that meets the requirements of GB6144. 5.14 Moisture and heat resistance
Test according to GB1740.
5.15 Salt spray resistance
Test according to GB1771 and rated according to GB1740. 5.16 Storage stability
Test according to GB6753.3.
6 Inspection
6.1 All technical indicators listed in this standard are type inspection items. Under normal production conditions, type inspection is carried out every six months. Flow time, fineness, non-volatile content, paint film color and appearance, cross-cut test, pencil hardness, impact strength, drying time, hiding power, and gloss are factory inspection items.
6.2 The product shall be inspected by the inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with the provisions of this standard. The manufacturer guarantees that all products meet the standards. The products should have a certificate of conformity, and if necessary, instructions for use and precautions should be attached. 6.3 The receiving department has the right to inspect the products according to the provisions of this standard. If the quality is found not to meet the technical indicators of this standard, the supply and demand parties shall jointly re-sample and re-inspect according to GB3186. If it still does not meet the technical indicators of this standard, the product is unqualified and the receiving department has the right to return it.
6.4 The products are sampled according to GB3186, and the samples are divided into two parts, one sealed for reference and the other for inspection. 6.5 The packaging, quantity and marking of the products shall be inspected and checked before leaving the factory. If the packaging is damaged or leaking, the quantity is inconsistent, or the marking is inconsistent, it shall be handled in time.
6.6 When the supply and demand parties have disputes over product quality, the product quality supervision and inspection agency shall perform arbitration inspection. 7 Marking

8 Packaging, storage and transportation
8.1 The product should be stored in a clean, dry and sealed container, and the device should not exceed 95% of the volume. The product should be kept ventilated and dry during storage, and should be protected from direct sunlight and fire sources. When the temperature is too high in summer, efforts should be made to cool it down. 8.2 The product should be protected from rain and sunlight during transportation, and should comply with relevant regulations of the transportation department. 8.3 The product has a storage period of one year from the date of production if it meets the storage and transportation conditions of Articles 8.1 and 8.2. 9 Safety and health regulations
9.1 This product contains organic solvents such as benzene, esters, and ketones, which are flammable liquids with certain toxicity. 9.2 Attention should be paid to safety measures such as ventilation, fire prevention, anti-static, and anti-poisoning at the construction site, and relevant regulations such as the safe operating procedures for coating operations should be observed.

Construction reference

A2 This paint is suitable for spraying. When the viscosity is too thick, X-3 perchlorethylene thinner can be used for Type I paint, and polyurethane paint thinner or anhydrous xylene and anhydrous cyclohexanone (11) can be used for Type I paint to adjust the construction viscosity. A3 If Type I paint is applied in an environment with a relative humidity greater than 70%, an appropriate amount of F-2 moisture-proof agent should be added to prevent the paint film from turning white. A4 If Type I paint is a two-component paint, the paint should be prepared according to the specified ratio. The amount to be used is the same as the amount to be prepared. A5
This topcoat can be used in conjunction with alkyd putty, perchlorethylene putty machine tool primer. If the storage period exceeds the limit, it can be inspected according to the indicators specified in this standard. If the results meet the requirements, it can still be used. Additional Notes:
