Basic requirements
The crusher should meet the requirements of this standard and be manufactured, installed and used according to the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures. High manganese steel castings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T5680. 4.1.2
Carbon steel castings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T11352. 4.1.3
Gray iron castings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T94394.1.4
Forgings shall comply with the provisions of GB/T6397.
Electrical equipment shall comply with the provisions of GB/T4064. 4.1.6
Welded parts shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5000.3. 4.2
Structural requirements
The transmission device can be installed on both sides of the crusher frame symmetrically. The hammer head and grate bars of the same model crusher should be interchangeable and easy to replace. The adjustment mechanism such as the grate bars should be flexible and reliable. The joints of the crusher should be tight and should not leak dust. Dust should not enter the bearing, and the bearing is not allowed to leak oil. 4.2.6
The gap size and arrangement orientation of the healing strips should be conducive to the discharge of qualified particle sizes. 4.3
Performance requirements
4.3.1 The maximum temperature of the main bearing should not exceed 75℃, and the temperature rise should not exceed 30℃. 4.3.2 When the crusher is running without load, the exhaust volume at the inlet is in a negative pressure state (the wind blows towards the crusher). 3

4.3.3 The performance of the hammer material shall not be lower than that specified in GB/T5680, and shall be inspected by flaw detection in accordance with GB/T7233. 4.3.4 The service life of the hammer shall not be less than 3000h. 4.3.5 Under the specified conditions of use, the time from the start of use of the crusher to the first overhaul (referring to the replacement of the main shaft, hammer disc, etc.) shall not be less than 7000h. 4.4 Assembly requirements
4.4.1 The flatness tolerance of the joint surface of the upper and lower frames of the crusher in any direction shall not exceed 0.2mm/1000mm, and the distance deviation between the joint plane and the bearing center plane shall be ±0.10mm. 4.4.2 The rotor part shall be subjected to a static balance test before the hammer is installed, and its balance quality level shall comply with the provisions of G6.3 in GB/T9239. 4.4.3 The hammer assembly shall meet the following requirements: a) The weight difference between two relative hammers on the same circumference shall not exceed 0.15kg: b) The weight difference between two rows of hammers symmetrical to each other shall not exceed 0.17kg. 4.4.4 The maximum amplitude value (single amplitude) of the main bearing seat of the crusher shall not exceed 0.1mm. 4.4.5 The paint quality of the crusher shall comply with the provisions of JB/T5000.12. 4.5 Safety and environmental protection requirements
4.5.1 The transmission device of the crusher shall have a safety protection device. 4.5.2 The joints of the crusher should be tight and should not leak dust. 4.5.3 The noise level of the crusher when it is not loaded should not be greater than 90dB (A).6 Requirements for completeness
4.6.1 The scope of supply of the crusher as a complete set shall include the crusher body, transmission device, motor and low-voltage electronic control equipment. 4.6.2 Each crusher shall be accompanied by a certificate of conformity, instruction manual, installation drawing, foundation drawing, spare parts list, electronic control diagram and packing list. 5 Test methods
The main dimensions of the crusher shall be inspected with universal measuring tools. 5.2 Check the transmission part: it shall rotate flexibly and without jamming when manually turning the wheel. 5.3 The static balance test of the rotor part can be carried out by the balancing method of the horizontal parallel shaft seat. 5.4 The no-load test of the crusher shall not be less than 2 hours. During the test, check: a) Use a vibration meter to detect the horizontal and vertical amplitude values ​​(single amplitude) above and on both sides of the crusher bearing seat; b) Detect the noise value according to the provisions of GB/T3768; c Insert a thermometer into the oil filling hole of the bearing seat to detect the bearing temperature, and measure it every 30 minutes until the temperature stabilizes; d) Use an anemometer to measure and check the negative pressure state at the crusher inlet. 5.5 The crusher should be tested at the user's site before the no-load test and then the load test: a) Production test: It can be determined by the continuous operation conversion method, that is, all the crushed materials in a certain period of time are measured and converted into hourly production, and the cumulative time is not less than 0.5h.
b) Discharge particle size test: Use a screen group with a national standard mesh to screen and make a percentage curve of the material under the screen. Power test: Test with a power meter.
6 Inspection rules
6.1 Factory inspection and type inspection
6.1.1 Each product must undergo factory inspection, and its content and requirements shall comply with the provisions of 4.2.3, 4.3.2, 4.4.4, 4.45 and 4.5.3. 4

6.1.2 Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following circumstances: a) During trial production, finalization and appraisal of new products; b) After formal production, if there are major changes in structure, design, process or materials; ) When the national quality supervision agency proposes type inspection requirements. 6.1.3 Type inspection items include all requirements of this standard 7 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
7.1 The crusher shall have a product label fixed in a conspicuous place, and its type and size shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13306. The label shall include the following contents: a) Product name and model:
b) Main technical parameters;
c) Product manufacturing number;
d) Date of manufacture:
e) Manufacturer name:
f Trademark.
7.2 Product packaging shall comply with the provisions of GB/T13384, and the text marking on the outer wall of each packaging box shall comply with the provisions of GB191 when it is packed and shipped. Its contents include:
a) Receiving unit and address:

c) Box number, external dimensions, gross weight, net weight: d) Manufacturer name and factory number.
7.3 Products shall be packed according to the packing list, and the exposed processed surface shall be coated with anti-rust oil and wrapped well. The validity period of the oil seal shall not be less than 6 months. Export products shall meet the requirements of foreign trade orders.
7.4 Electrical equipment, complete sets of accessories, etc. shall be packed into boxes. 7.5 The accompanying technical documents should be placed in a bag and fixed in the box. 7.6
The packaging should meet the requirements of water and land transportation. The whole packing and subpacking of the product shall not exceed the limit. 7.7 The product should be protected from dust during the storage period, and the electrical equipment should be protected from moisture. Regular maintenance should be carried out during the storage period to prevent the parts from rusting and damage.
8 Manufacturing guarantee
8.1 The manufacturer shall ensure that the product meets the requirements of this standard. 8.2 If the user complies with this standard and the installation and operating instructions, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the product parts for the user free of charge if the product cannot work properly within 18 months from the date of shipment or 12 months during this period due to poor manufacturing quality. This warranty period does not include vulnerable parts such as hammer heads and grate bars.
