This standard is a revision of 1B/T861-1999 Ball static pressure life test specification. Compared with BT8861-1999, the main changes are: increased scope of application of the standard: applicable to static pressure life tests of various types of balls; increased application standards;
requirements for the ball door opening specification, test pressure, test pressure difference, torque control, etc. in the test requirements The content has been modified: the operation adjustment of the test method has been supplemented and revised. This standard replaces JB 8861-1999.

1 Scope
Static pressure life test procedures for ball valves

This standard defines "Industrial ball valves The test requirements and test methods of the positive life test, and the determination of the number of static life tests. This standard is applicable to the static pressure life test of the nominal force PN% 0.0MPa ball width. 2 Normative referenced documents || TT || The clauses in the following documents become the clauses of this standard through reference in this standard. The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
Polential pressure life test Under laboratory conditions, the valve is subjected to a test of a cycle from full to full closure when subjected to a variable medium pressure. 3.2

4.3 The test medium is filtered water: If air is needed as the test medium, the internal opening difference shall be controlled according to the set pressure of the valve during the test. 4.4 Regardless of the force used to operate the ball valve, when conducting the static pressure life test, the operating device it is equipped with shall be subjected to the opening and closing cycle test together with the valve. The handle (wheel) directly drives the valve or the manually operated ball valve driven by the worm gear reduction structure; the handle (wheel) or the sub-wheel of the worm gear reduction mechanism of the ball valve shall be driven by the driving mechanism of the life test machine: the ball valve driven by electric, hydraulic, pneumatic or other electric and pneumatic actuating devices shall be driven by the operating device it is equipped with to conduct the opening and closing cycle test. 4.5 During the static pressure life test, the ball valve starts from the fully closed sealing position, and the opening degree should reach 1DD% of its actual opening degree. 1.6 During the static life test, the body cavity should be filled with medium and pressurized from the open position to the closed position, and the medium pressure is 9%~10% of the nominal pressure of the valve: after reaching the closed position, the outlet of the ball valve releases the medium pressure. It is required to open under the pressure difference of the test medium. If the ball valve has a rated pressure drop requirement, the rated pressure difference should be used as the test stop difference during the test: 4.7 During the test, the opening position should be controlled, and the repeated deviation of the stroke position should be less than 1%. 4.8 During the test, the ball valve should be operated according to the maximum opening and closing torque obtained by the ball operation test. The operating torque should not exceed the torque required by the tightening hand wheel of the ball valve or the operating torque specified in the product standard. The repeated deviation of the operating torque should be less than 5%. 4.9 During the static pressure life test, according to the characteristics of the sealing material, the sealing performance and operating force should be checked every 300~50 opening and closing changes. If the sealing performance is qualified, continue the test: For manually operated ball valves, if the operating torque changes, the ball valve operated by other mechanisms can be adjusted manually. 4.1 When the ball valve has flow requirements, it should be installed according to the required flow. 4.11 The number of static pressure life tests should be recorded by the signal provided by the travel switch of the life test machine or electric, pneumatic or other electric-pneumatic linkage devices, and recorded by an electric stimulator. 5 Test method
5.1 Install the ball valve and determine the position when closing the seal. 5.2 Under the condition of nominal pressure differential or fixed differential, use a force measuring wrench to measure the maximum operating torque when opening and closing the ball. Test three times and record the data. Take the maximum value as the torque value of the drive mechanism of the static pressure life test cover: 5.3 Adjust the opening and closing position and output torque of the drive mechanism. 5.4 After 301~500 opening and closing cycles, check the sealing condition. If the operating torque changes, adjust the output torque of the drive mechanism to meet the sealing requirements. If it does not meet the requirements of 4.8 of this standard, continue the test. 6 Determination of static pressure life test times
6.1 Test prohibited
When the following situations occur, the test should be stopped: a) During the sealing test inspection, the sealing performance cannot meet the standard requirements; b) The wide rod packing is not greased, the foot body and other parts are leaking; c) The parts such as the shaft sleeve cannot be normally operated or the opening and closing spring moment changes greatly, which does not meet the requirements of 4.8 of this standard.
6.2 Static pressure life test times
6.2.! After reaching the required test times, when the performance of the device meets the standard requirements, this test number is the static life test number. 6.2.2 If any undesirable situation or performance does not meet the standard requirements during the test period, the number of opening and closing of the ring corresponding to the last inspection shall be the number of static pressure survival tests.
