Bubbles with a diameter of 0.2~0.3mm. No more than 3: Bubbles with a diameter greater than 0.3mm are not allowed to exist. 4.5 The support glass rod with a single weight less than 2.5g shall not have mechanical damage visible to the naked eye: The support glass rod with a single weight equal to or greater than 2.5g. No bumps greater than 0.4mm are allowed. There shall be no more than 3 0.3~0.4mm bumps. 4.6 The support glass rod shall not have rounding defects larger than 0.5mm. There shall be no more than 3 rounding defects smaller than or equal to 0.5mm. Its depth shall not be greater than 0.2mm. 4.7 The support glass rod shall not have more than three defects in 4.5 and 4.6 at the same time. 4.8 The support glass rod shall not have impurity marks with a diameter larger than 0.3mm, and shall not have continuous and dense impurity marks with a diameter smaller than 0.2mm. 4.9 The curvature of the support glass rod shall not be greater than 0.8% of its length. 4.10 The physical properties of the support glass rod shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. 2 Name Average linear expansion coefficient in the range of 0~300℃ α Softening point (temperature when viscosity is equivalent to 107.6p) Annealing point (temperature when viscosity is equivalent to 1013p) Strain point (temperature when viscosity is equivalent to 10145p) Volume resistivity (Logp) 150c Dielectric strength SJ3233-89 4.11 The glass rod of the black and white electron gun bracket should be able to withstand the following rapid cooling and heating Performance test: refers to (28.0±2.0)×10-7 820±10 510±10 460±10 2.15±0.05 Sampling three times from each batch of slope rods, 10 each time, the three samples are heated to 1000℃ in the heating device for 5 minutes, and then immediately put into 25±5℃ water, the number of broken samples each time shall not exceed 1/5. Sampling 50 pieces from each batch in the same heating device, heating to 1000℃, and keeping warm for 5 minutes. Take out and cool naturally to room temperature. The number of bubbles in each 50 slope rods shall not exceed 4. 4.12 The practicality test and qualified product rate of the bracket glass rod shall be agreed upon by the supply and demand parties. 5 Test methods 5.1 The color, breakage, cracks, protrusions and burrs of the support glass rod shall be inspected by naked eyes. 5.2 The size and deviation of the support glass rod shall be measured by vernier caliper or micrometer, plug gauge and plate. 5.3 The analysis of silicon dioxide shall be carried out in accordance with GB9000.2. 5.4 The analysis of boron trioxide shall be carried out in accordance with GB9000.3. 5.5 The analysis of potassium oxide shall be carried out in accordance with GB9000.10. 5.6 The determination of the average linear expansion coefficient α shall be carried out in accordance with GB9622.2. The determination of the softening point shall be carried out in accordance with GB9622.4. 5.7 The determination of the annealing point shall be carried out in accordance with GB9622.5. 5.8 The strain point is determined according to GB9622.5. 5.10 The volume resistivity (Logp) is determined according to GB9622.8. 5.11 The compressive strength is determined according to GB9622.10. The density is determined according to GB9622.1. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 The bracket glass rod shall be inspected by the supplier's quality inspection department. After passing the inspection, fill in the quality certificate. 6.2 The buyer shall conduct a re-inspection within three months from the date of receipt of the product. If the quality does not conform to this standard, it may be proposed to the supplier, and the supplier and buyer shall conduct a re-inspection in accordance with this standard. 6.3 The bracket glass rod shall be sampled according to GB2828. 3 SJ3233--89 The size and appearance of the bracket glass rod The qualified quality level (AQL) and inspection level shall be in accordance with Table 3. Small batches of bracket glass rods can be supplied after negotiation between the supply and demand parties. 7.2 The bracket glass rods should be packed in plastic bags and then placed in packaging containers lined with protective objects. Each plastic bag is about 4,000 pieces or 3kg. Each bag should be accompanied by a certificate of conformity. 7.3 The total weight of each packaging container shall not exceed 50kg, and a product certificate of conformity shall be attached. It should indicate: a. Product name; b. Batch number; e. Specifications (length, width, height); d. Quantity; Manufacturer name; Date of production. 7.4 Each packaging container should have the seal of the product quality inspection department, and the container should indicate: a. Product name; b. Batch number; Specifications (length, width, height); d. Quantity: e. Manufacturer's name; f. Production date; Moisture-proof and anti-fouling signs. 7.5 During transportation, the support glass rods should be protected from moisture, dew, corrosion and mechanical damage. 7.6 The support glass rods should be stored in a clear and dry environment.
