ICS.67.080 National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB18406.1—2001 Safety qualification for agricultural product-Safety requirements for non-environmental pollution vegetable2001-08~06 Issued General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China Implementation on October 1, 2001 GB 18406. 1--2001 This part of GB 18406 is formulated in order to standardize the production, processing and sale of vegetables, control the residues of heavy metals, nitrates, nitrites, pesticides and other toxic and harmful substances in vegetables, ensure the food safety of pollution-free vegetables, protect the health of consumers and promote the healthy development of pollution-free agricultural products. GB18406—2001 "Safety and Quality of Agricultural Products" is divided into the following four parts: -GB18406.1-2001 Safety requirements for pollution-free vegetables; Safety requirements for pollution-free fruits; GB 18406.2--20011 GB18406.3—2001 Safety requirements for pollution-free livestock and poultry meat; GB18406.4—2001 Safety requirements for pollution-free aquatic products. This part provides the limit requirements and test methods for heavy metals, nitrates, nitrites and pesticide residues in pollution-free vegetables. These limit requirements and test methods adopt the current national standards. At the same time, it also provides the principle of the method for the simple determination method of pesticide residues developed by various places to carry out the blue supervision management of pesticide residues, aiming to promote the exploration and improvement of the simple determination method of pesticide residues. This part was proposed by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China. This part was drafted by: Tianjin Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, Beijing Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, Hebei Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, Shanxi Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau. The main drafters of this part are: Ma Bolu, Wu Huimin, Liu Yu, Liu Xiaogang. 44 1 Scope Safety and quality of agricultural products Safety requirements for pollution-free vegetables GB 18406. 1-2001 This part of GB18406 specifies the definition, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and labeling, packaging and storage of pollution-free vegetables. Less than 1hm2 is also considered a batch. For market inspection, vegetables of the same production area, the same variety, and the same sales unit are considered a batch. 6.3 Sampling method GB18406.1-2001 For origin inspection, samples are collected from each batch using the 5-point sampling method. After the samples are reduced, 2kg is sampled. 1kg of sample is taken as the sample for laboratory preparation, and 1kg of sample is taken as the sample for backup. The sample for backup should be stored in low temperature and frozen. For market inspection, 2kg of sample is randomly sampled from each batch. 1kg of sample is taken as the sample for laboratory preparation, and 1kg of sample is taken as the sample for backup. The sample for backup should be stored in low temperature and frozen. 6.4 Inspection items When conducting origin inspection or applying for the use of the pollution-free vegetable logo, all items listed in 4.1 and 4.2 shall be inspected. Market inspections are conducted on the items listed in 4.2 according to the occurrence of vegetable diseases and insect pests in various places, the characteristics of pesticide use, etc., and the pesticide varieties that are "not to be detected" in 4.2 are mandatory inspection items. 6.5 Judgment rules 6.5.1 When the chromatographic determination method specified in this standard is used for determination, if the results of the determination meet the requirements of this part of GB18406, the batch of products is judged to be qualified. If the results do not meet the requirements of this part, it is allowed to conduct encrypted sampling and retesting of unqualified items. If the retest is still unqualified, the batch of products is judged to be unqualified. 6.5.2 When the pesticide residue is determined by the simple determination method, 3 samples are randomly selected from each batch of goods for on-site determination. Retesting is allowed when a positive test is found. If the retest is still positive, chromatographic determination should be carried out, and the results of the chromatographic determination method shall be used as the basis for determination. bzxz.net 7 Packaging, labeling, transportation, storage 7.1 Packaging The packaging of pollution-free vegetables should be made of packaging materials that meet food hygiene standards. 7.2 Labeling The labeling of packaged pollution-free vegetables should indicate the product name, origin, harvest date or packaging date, shelf life, production unit or distribution unit. Approved pollution-free vegetables can have the pollution-free vegetable logo affixed to the product or packaging. 7.3 Transportation The transportation of pollution-free vegetables should adopt pollution-free transportation vehicles and shall not be mixed with other harmful substances. 7.4 Purchasing and storage The storage place should be clean and hygienic and shall not be mixed with toxic and harmful substances. 49 Tip: This standard content only shows part of the intercepted content of the complete standard.
