Some standard content:

QB/T2434—1999
This standard has revised ZBY20001—1989 Determination of moisture content of daily-use ceramic mud, mud and glaze slurry (this standard was issued by the State Light Industry Bank [19997112] Document No. QB/T3565—1999, and its content is consistent with ZBY20001—1989). This standard has adjusted the name, weighing device and test accuracy of the standard according to scientific and applicable requirements. From the date of implementation of this standard, the professional standard 2BY20001—1989 Determination of moisture content of daily-use ceramic mud, mud and glaze slurry issued by the former Ministry of Light Industry will be invalid. bzxZ.net
This standard was proposed by the Industry Management Department of the State Bureau of Light Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Ceramic Standardization Center. The drafting unit of this standard is China Light Industry Charity Foundation Ceramic Research Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Shen Wei, Tong Yuying and Chen Benxing. 283
1 Scope
Light Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
Determination of moisture content of daily ceramic raw materials
This standard specifies the basic requirements and methods for the determination of moisture content of daily ceramic raw materials. This standard is applicable to the determination of free water content in daily ceramic raw materials. 2 Samples and equipment
2.1 Samples
2.1.1 The sample should be representative and the sampling volume should not be less than 50g. 2.1.2 The same sample must be measured in parallel. 2.1.3 All weighings should be accurate to 0.001g. 2.2 Equipment
a) One constant temperature drying oven;
b) One balance with a sensitivity of not less than 0.001g; c) Two 100 mL porcelain evaporating dishes;
d) One dryer.
3 Determination steps
QB/T2434-1999
Replaces QB/T3565-1959
Weigh two samples of about 20g to be tested and place them in two evaporated bloods of constant weight respectively, and weigh the wet sample mass m1, then place the sample in a drying oven and dry it at a temperature of 105°C to 110°C. Take it out and place it in a dryer to cool for 30 minutes, and weigh it. Then place the sample in a drying oven to dry for 30 minutes, cool it in a dryer for 30 minutes, and weigh it. Repeat this process until the difference between the two weighings is no more than 0.002g. Record the sample mass m2a after constant weight
4 Determination results
The moisture content W of the sample is calculated according to formula (1). W(%) =m=m × 100
When the difference in moisture content between two parallel samples is not greater than 0.4%, take the average value to represent the result, otherwise resample and measure.
5 Report
The measurement report should include the following:
a) Sample name and status;
b) Measurement time;
c) Sample moisture content.
Approved by the State Bureau of Light Industry on May 6, 1999
