4 Technical requirements
4.1 The working medium is mechanical pump oil, diffusion pump oil or vacuum grease. 4.2 The working temperature is -25~+80℃.

No bubbles, impurities and concave-convex defects are allowed on the working surface. The appearance quality of the non-working surface shall meet the requirements of Table 2.
