Dead knot repair and plugging Insecticide treatment, repair and plugging Does not affect strength Does not affect strength 4.4 Process 4.4.1 Artificial board parts or packaged parts should be edge-sealed, and the edge sealing should be tight and no debonding is allowed. 4.4.2 The joints and eyes of the sample holes should be coated with glue; the joints are tight and firm. The shoulder gap does not exceed 0.2mm on the outside and 0.5mm on the inside. There should be no defects such as breakage and cracking of the sample holes. 4.4.3 The parts should be tightly joined. The height of the bookshelf shelves is divided into fixed or adjustable. The movable shelves of the same product should be interchangeable. 4.4.4 The inclined shelves of the magazine racks for display are fixed. The inclined shelves of the magazine racks for display and storage are liftable. Lifting and closing should be flexible. 4.5 Appearance 4.5.1 The surface of the product is flat and smooth, without cracks, debonding and obvious deformation. The coating color is uniform, the paint film is matte, and no defects such as wrinkles, brush marks, bubbles, and sagging are allowed. 4.5.2 The inverted edges, rounded corners, and rounded lines of the exposed parts should be uniform and consistent. 4.5.3 The foot should be stable on the ground. The gap between a single foot and the ground should not be greater than 2mm. 4.6 Mechanical properties of products 4.6.1 Strength GB/T 14533--93 Shelves, top plates, bottom plates and main structures shall be tested for strength in accordance with the requirements of Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 of GB10357.5, using the 4-level test level. Test results: The components shall not be broken, cracked, or have wear or deformation that affects the use function. Looseness or other abnormal phenomena are not allowed at the joints. The movable parts shall be flexible. 4.6.2 The vertical and horizontal loading stability of the shelves shall be tested in accordance with the method specified in GB10357.4. When the foot or the enclosure is lifted off the ground, the force applied shall be greater than 30N. 4.7 Physical and chemical properties of paint film The requirements for the physical and chemical properties of paint film are specified in Table 5.
