4.5.2 The inverted edges, rounded corners, and rounded lines of the exposed parts should be uniform and consistent. 4.5.3 The foot should be stable on the ground. The gap between a single foot and the ground should not be greater than 2mm. 4.6 Mechanical properties of products
4.6.1 Strength
GB/T 14533--93
Shelves, top plates, bottom plates and main structures shall be tested for strength in accordance with the requirements of Table 1, Table 2 and Table 3 of GB10357.5, using the 4-level test level. Test results: The components shall not be broken, cracked, or have wear or deformation that affects the use function. Looseness or other abnormal phenomena are not allowed at the joints. The movable parts shall be flexible. 4.6.2 The vertical and horizontal loading stability of the shelves shall be tested in accordance with the method specified in GB10357.4. When the foot or the enclosure is lifted off the ground, the force applied shall be greater than 30N. 4.7 Physical and chemical properties of paint film

6.1 Factory inspection
Each batch of products shall be inspected piece by piece by the factory quality inspection department in accordance with 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4 and 4.5 before leaving the factory. Products that meet this standard are qualified products, those that do not meet this standard shall be repaired, and those that are still unqualified after repair are unqualified products. 6.2 Type inspection
Type inspection should be carried out in any of the following situations: 6.2.1
New product finalization and identification;
When production is resumed after a long period of suspension;
When changes to the design, main raw materials, or key processes may affect product performance; When the technical inspection department believes that the quality is unstable or there are other special needs. d.
6.2.2 Type inspection shall be carried out by randomly selecting 5% of the samples from a batch of products that have passed the factory inspection, and there shall be no less than 2 pieces. 6.2.3 The inspection items include all the contents specified in Chapter 4. 6.2.4 When all the samples meet the requirements of this standard, the batch of products is judged to be qualified. If one sample is unqualified, it shall be re-tested with double the sample. If there are still unqualified products after the re-test, the batch of products is judged to be unqualified. 7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage
GB/T14533-93
7.1 Products should have enterprise markings when leaving the factory, including factory name, address, trademark, model, inspection stamp, and factory (production) date. 7.2 During transportation, products should be padded or packaged to prevent collision and damage. Loading and unloading should be handled with care and should not be exposed to the sun or rain. 7.3 Products should be stored in ventilated, dry, and clean warehouses and should not be subjected to pressure or moisture.
