3 Technical requirements
Counting sampling procedures and sampling tables for batch inspection (applicable to inspection of continuous batches)Counting sampling procedures and sampling tables for periodic inspection (applicable to inspection of production process stability)Technical conditions for delivery and acceptance of diesel engine piston fuel pumps3.1
The fuel pump shall be manufactured in accordance with the product drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures, and shall comply with the provisions of this standard. 3.2 Place the oil pump 1m above the oil level in the oil tank, with the inner diameter of the oil inlet pipe being 8mm (10~12mm is allowed for large flow oil pumps), and the length of the oil inlet pipe being 2m. When the back pressure is zero, turn the hand pump handle at a speed of 80~100 times/min, turn it 50 times (100 times when using a 10~12mm pipe diameter), and diesel should be able to flow out from the oil pump outlet. 3.3 Performance requirements of the oil pump at the rated speed of the injection pump 3.3.1 The maximum oil pressure when the oil pump output oil circuit is closed shall not be less than 0.2MPa. 3.3.2 Close the stop valve in front of the vacuum gauge, then stop the main shaft from rotating, and observe for 10s. The vacuum degree should not be less than 0.05MPa. 3.3.3 When the oil pump is placed 1m above the oil level of the oil tank, the inner diameter of the inlet and outlet oil pipes is 8mm (1012mm is allowed for large-flow oil pumps), and the length of the oil inlet pipe is 2m, adjust the oil supply pressure of the oil pump to 0.08MPa, check the oil supply of the oil pump, and its value should comply with the provisions of the following table.
If the piston stroke and the rated speed of the injection pump are different from the values listed in the table, the interpolation method can be used to calculate the oil supply of the oil pump. L/min

3.4 Check the sealing of the oil pump by passing 0.4MPa compressed air from the oil inlet. 3.4.1 No leakage is allowed in the clearance between the ejector rod and the ejector rod sleeve within 10s. 3.4.2 No leakage is allowed in the body of the oil pump and the sealing surfaces within 10s. 3.5 The cleanliness limit of the oil pump shall comply with relevant regulations. 3.6 The oil pump shall be subjected to a 15-minute running-in test. During the operation, there shall be no sticking of the moving parts of the oil pump (the wheel end must be lubricated with oil), and no oil shall be allowed to leak out of the joint surfaces. 3.7 The nameplate of the oil pump should be clear, and the machined surface should not have any scratches, burrs, or rust; the surface of the casting should be smooth, without casting defects, and the paint surface should not have defects such as shedding and overflow. 3.8 Reliability of the oil pump
3.8.1 The calculation method of the reliability index of the oil pump shall be in accordance with Appendix A (Supplement). 3.8.2 The reliability index (MTBF, MTTFF, B50 limit life) value of the oil pump shall be in accordance with the agreement between the supply and demand parties. 3.9 If the user complies with the instruction manual, the warranty period of the oil pump is 18 months from the date of leaving the factory or the cumulative use time does not exceed 2500h. If the damage is caused by poor manufacturing quality during the warranty period, the manufacturer shall repair or replace it free of charge. Inspection rules
The oil pump must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer in accordance with this standard. 4.2 The factory inspection items are generally Articles 3.2~3.4 and 3.7. For all items of type inspection, the type inspection cycle for the first batch of products in normal production and rotation production is determined in the enterprise standard. 4.3
4.4 The sampling rules for factory inspection and the determination of qualification shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB2828; the sampling rules for type inspection and the classification of qualification shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB2829.
4.5 The acceptance of distributors and supporting factories shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of ZB/TJ94022. 5 Marking, packaging, transportation and storage
5.1 Each oil pump shall be marked with the product model, manufacturer name or trademark in a conspicuous position. 5.2 Each oil pump shall be rust-proofed and packaged. 5.3 The outer surface of the packing box should be marked with:
a) Product name;
b) Product model;
c) License number:
d) Manufacturer name:
e) Packing date (:
year and month);
f) Quantity (pieces):
g) Packing box dimensions: length × width × height, mm; h) Gross weight, kg;
i) Transport protection mark.
5.4 Each oil pump should be accompanied by a product certificate and instructions for use signed by the inspector. 5.5 The packaging should fully ensure that the oil pump will not be damaged or damp during transportation. 5.6 The oil pump shall not be transported and stored together with acids, alkalis and other chemicals that can cause product corrosion. Under normal storage conditions A1 Mean time between failures
JB/T6291.1-1992
Appendix A
Calculation method of reliability index of oil pump
(Supplement)
Refers to the average working time between two adjacent failures of the oil pump, calculated according to formula (A1) or formula (A2) MTBF=
In the formula: MTBF
-mean time between failures, h:
Number of reliability test samples:
To-reliability test cut-off time, h; ra-the sum of the number of failures (except minor failures) within the test cut-off time; tei-the cumulative working time of the i-th sample, h. When r=0, let MTBF=2nTo.
A2 Mean working time before first failure
Refers to the average working time when the product has its first failure, calculated according to formula (A3) or formula (A4). MTTFF=
MTTFF=
Wherein: MTTFF-
Average working time before first failure, h;
:+(nr
The number of samples with first failure (excluding minor failures) among the tested samples: t-the cumulative working time of the i-th sample with first failure (excluding minor failures), h; (A1)
(A2)
Special-the cumulative working time of the i-th sample at the end of the reliability test or without first failure (excluding minor failures) among the investigated samples, h.
When r=0, let MTTFF=2nTo.
A3BsoThe ultimate life
refers to the working time of the product under the specified conditions of use when 50% of the products reach the limit state. When statistics are taken, the actual working time when the sample reaches the limit state is calculated. The actual use hours are arranged in order from small to large: t1, 12, 13...1n. When n is an odd number, the Bso limit life is calculated according to formula (A5): Bso limit life = t(n+1)/2
When n is an even number, the Bso limit life is calculated according to formula (A6): Bso limit life = [tw/2+t(n/2)+1]/2The limit state usually refers to the state where the main parts of the oil pump have been damaged to the point where they are not worth repairing. (A5)
