4 Technical requirements
MT 236—91
4.1 Roller tank ears shall comply with the requirements of this standard and be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved through the prescribed procedures. 4.2 The general technical requirements for equipment manufacturing not specified in this standard shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of national standards and industry standards. 4.3 The materials used for roller ears must comply with the relevant technical provisions of national and industry standards and have a certificate of conformity from the supplier. Otherwise, they must be tested and can only be used if they are qualified.
4.4 The buffer device of the roller ears adopts a disc spring group. The total buffer stroke shall not exceed the provisions of Table 1. 4.5 The roller material of the roller ears is polyurethane rubber, and the material requirements shall comply with the provisions of Appendix A of this standard. 4.6 The calculation of the maximum horizontal force borne by the roller ears shall comply with the provisions of Appendix B of this standard. 4.7 The welds shall be smooth and neat, and there shall be no defects such as burn-through, cracks, and arc pits. 4.8 The parts and components formed by welding must be shaped after welding. 4.9 The parts and components of each metal component except the mating surface must be treated with anti-corrosion before assembly. 4.9.1 Before painting, parts and components must be treated to remove the metal surface to the extent that only slight dot-shaped or stripe-shaped traces remain, and the surface should be cleaned with dry compressed air or other tools, and the surface should be silver-gray. 4.9.2 Select appropriate anti-corrosion coatings according to the conditions of the mine. Under medium and alkaline water conditions with a pH greater than or equal to 6, epoxy (asphalt) coatings can be used as a priority. Under acidic conditions with a pH less than 6 and in areas with high salt content in groundwater, chlorinated (chloroprene) rubber coatings can be used as a priority.
4.9.3 When epoxy (asphalt) coatings are selected, epoxy zinc-rich paint can be used as the primer of the coating, and when chlorinated (nitrified) rubber coatings are selected, chlorinated (chloroprene) rubber zinc-rich paint can be used as the primer of the coating. 4.9.4 Apply the primer once, and the coating thickness is 30μm. Apply the protective topcoat three times, and the total coating thickness is not less than 150um. The adhesion of the paint film is not less than 80%. Paint the outer surface with orange paint.
4.10 The maximum horizontal force that the roller tank ear bears shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Table 2 Maximum horizontal force that the roller tank ear bears
Maximum horizontal force that the roller tank ear bears
All parts of the roller tank ear must be inspected and qualified, and purchased parts and outsourced parts must have a certificate of conformity before they can be assembled. 4.11
During assembly, the bearing space must be filled with rolling bearing grease. 4.12
After assembly, all fasteners must be tightened, and the moving parts should move flexibly without sticking. 4.13
4.14This standard applies to the cross-sectional width of the combined steel tank channel of 180mm or 200mm. 5 Test method
5.1 Appearance inspection
Visual inspection The surface of the parts and components should be smooth and flat, and no defects such as cracks, burrs, scratches, and rust are allowed. 5.2 Weld quality inspection
Visually inspect all welds, and their external defects shall not exceed the allowable range specified in JB/ZQ3011. If necessary, use a 10x magnifying glass for inspection.

5.3 Assembly quality inspection
MT 236-91
Inspect according to Article 4.13 of this standard. Rotating parts must rotate flexibly. 5.4 Paint quality inspection
5.4.1 The outer surface should be bright, flat, uniform in color, free of mechanical impurities, cracks, peeling and flow marks, and no traces of trimming. 5.4.2 Use the grid method to inspect. Use a single-sided blade to draw more than 100 small grids of 1mm×1mm, and then gently wipe the paint film with your hand. If more than 95% of the paint film does not fall off, it is excellent, and more than 80% does not fall off, it is qualified. 5.5 Dimensional inspection
Use conventional measuring tools to check the main dimensions of the product, which must comply with the manufacturing drawings and various technical requirements and the provisions of Table 1. 5.6 Maximum horizontal force inspection
5.6.1 Check on a special test bench. The stroke of the roller is controlled by the set top screw, and the maximum horizontal force on the roller tank ear is read by the dynamometer set between the top screw and the roller. 5.6.2 The manufacturer should sample 10% of the finished products from the same batch of products and test the single wheel. When the roller retracts to the requirements of Table 1, it shall comply with Article 4.10 of this standard. 5.7 Installation and commissioning inspection
5.7.1 During on-site installation, according to the design requirements of the lifting container, first adjust the pressure between the roller tank ear and the tank channel, and tighten the bolts connecting the bracket and the base. Ensure that the axis centerline is horizontal or the radial centerline is perpendicular to the tank channel surface. 5.7.2 During operation, the rubber wheel of the roller tank ear is worn, so the wedge block should be adjusted in time to make the roller tilt forward and close to the tank channel to ensure the pressure between the roller tank ear and the tank channel.
5.8 Operation test inspection
5.8.1 For the first batch of products of this standard, the manufacturer should conduct operation test on site. 5.8.2 During the 6-month trial operation of the roller tank ear, the manufacturer shall conduct three random tests and keep records and fill in Table 3. Table 3

5.8.3The overall structure and disc spring have no obvious deformation, which basically meets the requirements of Table 1 of this standard and is a qualified product. 5.8.4 Check of actual wear of rubber wheel
5.8.4.1 Put the unused rubber wheel and the used rubber wheel into the water tank successively, and measure the volume of the water level difference, which is the volume of the used rubber wheel.
5.8.4.2 The volume of the rubber wheel wear under test shall meet the following requirements: Vactual measurement Vcalculation
Where: Vtcalculation=S(km)×0.05(cm2)÷1.61(km)S-
The cumulative value of the actual running distance of the rubber wheel under test. 6 Inspection rules
6.1 The roller can ears must be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and be accompanied by a product quality certificate before leaving the factory. 6.2 Inspection of roller lug products is divided into factory inspection and type inspection, which shall be carried out according to the contents specified in Table 4. Type inspection shall be carried out in any of the following cases: trial production and identification of products for transfer to other factories; resumption of production after two years of suspension; major changes in structure, materials and process after formal production, which may affect product performance; major differences between factory inspection results and the last type inspection results; requirements put forward by the national quality supervision agency.
