Some standard content:
GB/T 2600-1997 This standard is revised on the basis of GB2600--81 "Industrial Xylenol". The new standard adds scope, reference standards, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and safety precautions. The technical content has been appropriately adjusted, and the moisture index has been improved; the distillation test and neutral oil content index have been changed from one level to two levels. This standard will replace GB2600-81 from the date of entry into force. This standard is proposed by the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the Information Standards Institute of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry. The drafting units of this standard are Shanghai Meishan (Group) Co., Ltd. and the Information Standards Institute of the Ministry of Metallurgy. The main drafters of this standard are Zhang Yi and Sun Wei. This standard was first issued in 1981. 1 Scope National Standard of the People's Republic of China Technical xylenol GB/T 2600—1997 Replaces GB2600-81 This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and safety precautions for industrial xylenol. This standard applies to xylenol obtained by fractionation of crude phenol prepared from coal tar and phenol-containing wastewater. 2 Reference Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in the standard.
