The connection between each unit and the conveying device shall ensure uniform connection dimensions and installation dimensions. 4.3 The connecting pipes between each unit shall be straight and neat, and there shall be no leakage at the joints. 4.5 The electrical control shall coordinate the actions of each unit. The concentration of the finished tomato sauce shall reach 28% at the above production capacity. 4.8 The parts in contact with tomato sauce shall be made of materials that meet food hygiene requirements. 4.10 Electrical components should be safe and reliable, well grounded, and the insulation resistance should not be less than 2MQ, and the grounding resistance should not be greater than 0.2Q. 5 Test method Production capacity Use a scale with a graduation value of 1kg to measure the output of the equipment for 1h, and then convert it into 1-day production capacity, which should comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.2 Unit steam consumption Use a steam flow meter with an accuracy of 1.5 and the condensate weighing method to measure the steam consumption of this complete set of equipment per unit time, and then compare it with the corresponding unit time production capacity, which should comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.3 Unit water consumption According to the provisions of Article 5.3 of QB/T1702.7, use a flow meter with an accuracy of 0.5 to measure the water consumption per unit time, and then compare it with the unit time production capacity, which should comply with the provisions of Table 1. 5.4 Total power consumption Use a three-phase power meter with an accuracy of 0.5 to measure the power consumption of each unit, and then add them up.
