This standard is a method standard, which is formulated according to the requirements of silicon aluminum black production and application. It is an effective method for controlling the impurity content of silicon aluminum carbon black products.
This standard is proposed by the Technical Supervision Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China; this standard is under the jurisdiction of the Carbon Black Industry Research and Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry: this standard was drafted by the Carbon Black Industry Research and Design Institute of the Ministry of Chemical Industry; the main drafters of this standard: Yu Lian, Li Yufeng, 29
1 Scope
Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China
Determination of impurities in silicon aluminum carbon black
HG/T 2797.5-1996
1.1 This standard specifies a test method for substances that cannot pass through the 850um sieve contained in various silicon aluminum carbon blacks. 1.2 This standard is applicable to the determination of various types of impurities in silicon aluminum carbon black. 2 Reference standards
The clauses contained in the following standards constitute the clauses of this standard through their use in this standard. When the standard is published, the versions shown are valid. All standards will be revised. All parties using this standard should explore the possibility of using the latest versions of the following standards. GB6003--85 Test sieve
HG/T2796-1996 Silicon aluminum carbon black packaging, storage, transportation, sampling and acceptance methods. 3 Principle
Weigh a certain amount of silicon aluminum carbon black and check whether there is any material that cannot pass the 850uμm sieve. If there is impurity, it is called impurity. 4 Instruments
4.1 Test sieve: standard aperture 850um (20 mesh), in line with GB6003 regulations, 4.2 Brush: flat, hair length not less than 2cm, 4.3 Scale: accurate to 5g
4.4 Mixing hopper: the funnel mouth is tightly matched with the bottom of the test sieve, and the funnel cone is tightly matched with the container mouth. 4.5 Container: ground glass bottle or similar container with a capacity of 1000cm, 5 Sampling
Follow Chapter 5 of HG/T2796
6 Steps
6.1 Put the test sieve tightly into the funnel mouth, and insert the funnel cone into the container (4.5). 6.2 Use a scale to weigh 500g of silicon aluminum carbon black and pour it into the test sieve. 6.3 Use a brush to gently brush the silicon aluminum carbon black until it cannot pass through. The residue that cannot pass through is the impurity. 6.4 Pour out the impurities, observe with the naked eye, and press lightly with the hand to identify the type of impurities (hard carbon, gravel, iron filings, etc.) 7 Result representation
7.1 The result of impurities is represented by "yes" and "no". All those that pass the 850um sieve are "no", and those that fail to pass the 850μm sieve are "yes\ impurities", and record the type of impurity. The result is based on one measurement.
Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on April 10, 1996 and implemented on January 1, 1997
Test report
The test report should include the following items:
Standard number based on which the test is conducted:
Complete number and origin of the sample;
Inspection results;
HG /T 2797.5 --1996
Record the abnormal banding phenomenon that occurs during the test:
Test date,
