This standard is a revision of SY/T5150--94 "Hydraulic stage cementer". This standard absorbs the contents of SY/T5150--94 that can meet the requirements of production, field use and inspection, and amends the following contents
1. The name of the standard is changed to "Graded Cementing Machine", and the contents include two types: rubber plug type (mechanical type) and pressed type (pressure differential type); 2. Four specifications 89, 102, 114 and 273 are added, and the length of the rubber plug is uniformly modified according to the actual domestic production; 3. The parameters, technical requirements and test methods of hydraulic (pressure differential type) graded cementing machines are newly added: 4. The test methods and inspection rules are further improved: This standard is based on meeting the needs of graded cementing operations in cementing operations, uniformly stipulates the basic performance requirements of graded cementing machines, and can be applied to graded cementing machines of various structural designs. 4.6 The upper joint, lower joint, outer tube, closing sleeve and other stress-bearing parts in the graded cementing device shall be subjected to ultrasonic non-destructive testing, and the internal and surface crack defects shall not be less than the second level accuracy specified in JB/T4730. 4.7 The connecting threads at both ends of the graded cementing device shall comply with the provisions of Table 1, and their dimensions and various inspection requirements shall comply with the provisions of GB/T9253.2.
4.8 The rubber parts of each rubber plug and the rubber of various sealing parts shall be oil-resistant, acid-resistant and alkali-resistant rubber, and their physical properties shall meet the following requirements: Shore hardness: 6080;
temperature resistance: -30~+120℃.
4.9 The inner sleeve and plug core that need to be drilled out in the graded cementing device should be made of materials with good drillability. When aluminum alloy or cast aluminum alloy is used, its mechanical properties should meet the following requirements: tensile strength b: ≥222MPa;

4.10 The flexible plug and impact seat in the rubber plug type (mechanical) graded cementing device used for continuous cementing operation should have a structure that ensures that the liquid can be bypassed after the impact.
4.11 Before the circulation hole of the graded cementing machine is opened and after the circulation hole is closed, the overall sealing/pressure should be greater than 25MPH.5 Test method
5.1 Parts and material performance inspection
5.1.1 The materials of the parts that are subject to force on the graded cementing machine should be subjected to mechanical performance tests according to GB/T228 for each batch of incoming raw materials:
5.1.2 The materials of the shear pins of the graded cementing machine should be subjected to shear performance tests according to GB/T228 for each incoming raw material. 5.1.3 The hardness test of the quenched and tempered parts and drillable material parts should be carried out according to GB/T231, and the hardness test of rubber parts should be carried out according to the relevant provisions of GB/T531.
5.1.4 The non-destructive flaw detection inspection of the supermarket wave should be carried out according to the relevant provisions of JB/『4730, and the accuracy level should meet the requirements of 4.6. 5.1.5 The inspection of the connecting thread shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB/T9253.2. 5.2 Product performance test
5.2.1 Flexible plug pass test
Put the flexible plug in from the upper end of the graded cementing machine, connect the pressure test joint with the upper joint of the graded cementing machine, pump the pressure test fluid, push the flexible plug through the graded cementing machine, and the passing pressure shall comply with the provisions of 4.4: 5.2.2 Open circulation hole test

5.2.5 Overall sealing test

For the rubber plug (mechanical) graded cementing device, the test pressure is 25MPa, and there should be no leakage for 5 minutes; for the hydraulic (pressure differential) graded cementing device, the test pressure is one-third of the design opening pressure value, and there should be no leakage for 5 minutes: 6 Inspection rules

The product should be inspected and qualified by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer, and can only be shipped with product qualification certificates. Factory inspection items:

6.2 Type inspection

6.3 Judgment rules
6.3.1 During factory inspection, each item shall be inspected according to 6.1. If one item fails, the product shall be judged as unqualified. 6.3.2 During the type inspection, one sample shall be randomly selected from every 10 products that have passed the factory inspection. If the number is less than 10, it shall be counted as 10. The items specified in 6.2.2 shall be inspected. If one item fails, the type inspection shall be judged as failed. The reasons shall be found out, rectification shall be carried out, and the type inspection shall be organized again.
7 Marking, packaging, storage, and transportation
7.1 Marking
The following marks shall be printed in a conspicuous position of the graded cementing machine: a) product model and connection thread code;
1) manufacturer code or registered trademark;
c) product number or factory date.
7.2 Packaging
7.2.1 After the product is assembled, the connection thread shall be coated with anti-rust grease and capped. After the circulation hole of the graded cementing machine is filled with anti-rust grease, it shall be wrapped with adhesive tape.
7.2.2 The outer surface of the graded cementing device should be painted with protective paint, and the words or patterns of "No clamping" should be printed on the vulnerable parts. 7.2.3 Various rubber plugs should be fixed in the packaging box, and their rubber bowls should not be squeezed. 7.2.4 The packaging box should be marked with the manufacturer's name, address, product name and specifications, model, and factory date. 7.2.5 Random documents should be packed in plastic bags, including: a) product inspection certificate;
b) product instruction manual;
c) packing list.
7.3 Storage and transportation
The product should be kept in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse. It is strictly forbidden to contact with corrosive substances such as oil, acid and alkali. Mechanical damage such as falling, collision, squeezing, and music should be prevented during transportation. 53 After the test, continue to pump in the test pressure liquid to carry out the sealing test after closing the circulation hole. The test force is 25MPa. There should be no leakage for 5min:
