Introduction to standards:

This standard stipulates the product classification, basic parameters, technical requirements and load-bearing capacity of the ZDS type involute cylindrical gear reducer with a small number of teeth. The number of teeth of the pinion of the reducer is z1=2~11. This standard reducer is suitable for mechanical transmission in metallurgy, mining, hoisting and transportation, building materials, chemical industry, textile, light industry and other industries. The speed of the high-speed shaft (input shaft) of the reducer shall not be greater than 1500r/min; the gear circumferential speed shall not be greater than 12.5m/s; the working environment temperature is –40~45℃. When it is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated before starting.
