M8×1-6H 4.4 Product marking 4.4.1 Composition M8x1-6H The product marking consists of technical characteristics (type code, main technical parameters: B×H) and standard number. 4.4.2 Marking example Fixed flat handlebar with a crossbar width of 500mm and a stem height of 230mm: 10— GP500×230 QB/T1715 5 Technical requirements 5.1 Accuracy requirements 5.1.1 Fitting accuracy QB/T1715—93 5.1.1.1 The outer diameter of the stem is 022±0.08. 5.1.1.2 The thread M8×16g/6H shall comply with the provisions of Articles 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 and 3.4 of QB1220. 5.1.2 Roundness of the crossbar bend The roundness tolerance of the crossbar bend is 2mm. 5.1.3 Height deviation of handlebar tube Height deviation of left and right ends of handlebar tube: fixed handlebar shall not exceed 5mm; combined handlebar shall not exceed 7mm. 5.2 Safety mark The handlebar tube shall have a safety line. Its requirements shall comply with the provisions of Article 6.2 of GB3565. The length of the safety line shall not be less than half of the outer circumference of the handlebar tube. 5.3 Strength requirements 5.3.1 Static load of handlebar The force applied to both ends of the handlebar tube: 490N for drop handlebars and 392N for other handlebars. After 1 minute, the permanent deformation shall be: fixed handlebar shall not exceed 2mm, and combined handlebar shall not exceed 8mm. 5.3.2 Stem tube torque The stem tube torque shall comply with the provisions of Article 6.5 of GB3565. 5.3.3 Static load of stem tube The static load of stem tube shall comply with the provisions of Article 6.5 of GB3565. 5.3.4 Torque of cross tube and stem tube The torque of cross tube and stem tube shall comply with the provisions of Article 6.5 of GB3565. 5.3.5 Torque of stem tube and front fork stem tube The torque of stem tube and front fork stem tube shall comply with the provisions of Article 6.5 of GB3565. 5.3.6 Vibration test Fix the specified code at both ends of the handlebar and conduct the vibration test according to the conditions specified in Table 8. No part of the handlebar should be displaced or broken. Breaking torque of handlebar core screw QB/T1715—93 The breaking torque of the handlebar core screw should be no less than 27N·m. 5.3.8 Pull-off force of grip on handlebar tube The pull-off force of grip on handlebar tube shall comply with the provisions of Article 6.1 of GB3565. 5.4 Electroplating requirements The electroplated parts of handlebar body and brake lever of fixed handlebar, and handlebar tube and stem tube of modular handlebar shall comply with the provisions of "chrome-plated Class I parts" in QB/T1217, and the other electroplated parts shall comply with the provisions of "chrome-plated Class III parts". All "chrome-plated Class I parts" shall be assessed, and "chrome-plated Class III parts" shall be assessed in accordance with the provisions of Articles 5.4.1 and 5.4.4. 5.4.1 Appearance of electroplated parts The appearance quality of electroplated parts shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.1.1 of QB/T1217. 5.4.2 Surface roughness of chrome-plated parts The surface roughness of chrome-plated parts shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.2.1 of QB/T1217. 5.4.3 Thickness of chrome layer The thickness of chrome layer of chrome-plated parts shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.3.1 of QB/T1217. 5.4.4 Anti-corrosion ability of chrome-plated parts The anti-corrosion ability of chrome-plated parts shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.1 of QB/T1217. 5.5 Paint requirements Painted parts shall comply with the provisions of "Painted Class I Parts" in QB/T1218. 5.5.1 Appearance of paint filmWww.bzxZ.net The appearance quality of paint film shall comply with the provisions of Articles 4.1.1 and 4.1.2 of QB/T1218. 5.5.2 Impact strength of paint film The impact strength of paint film shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.2 of QB/T1218. 5.5.3 Anti-corrosion ability of paint film The anti-corrosion ability of paint film shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.3 of QB/T1218. 5.5.4 Paint film hardness The paint film hardness shall comply with the provisions of Article 4.4 of QB/T1218. 5.6 Appearance requirements 5.6.1 The exposed parts of the handlebars shall not have sharp edges and obvious scratches, bumps, indentations and other defects. 5.6.2 The trademark stamp and safety mark shall be clear and complete. 6 Test methods The testing equipment and instruments used in this chapter shall comply with the requirements specified in GB12742. 6.1 Accuracy test 6.1.1 Fit accuracy 6.1.1.1 The outer diameter of the stem The outer diameter of the stem is measured with a special card plate. The special card plate is shown in Appendix A (Supplement). 6.1.1.2 Thread accuracy The thread accuracy is measured with a thread gauge. The gauge requirements shall comply with the provisions of QB1220. . . The through-end thread ring gauge and plug gauge should be able to pass smoothly; 12 QB/1715—93 b. The stop-end thread ring gauge and plug gauge shall not pass, and the allowable screwing amount shall not exceed 2 pitches; c. The through-end smooth gauge shall be able to pass smoothly; d. The stop-end smooth gauge shall not pass. 6.1.2 Roundness of the handlebar tube bend Use a vernier caliper to measure the outer diameter of the left and right bends of the handlebar tube, and measure two values on the same section. The difference between the maximum and minimum values is the roundness error. The data obtained at the left and right places shall be based on the maximum value. 6.1.3 Height deviation of the handlebar tube Tighten the handlebar stem on a special fixture (as shown in Figure 10), and use a dial indicator to measure the height deviation of the handlebar tube at 40mm from the end face at both ends of the handlebar tube. The difference between the two values is the height deviation of the handlebar tube. Figure 6.2 Safety mark Use a steel ruler to measure the distance from the safety line to the bottom of the handlebar. The length of the safety line is measured with a special card. The special card should not completely cover the safety line. See Appendix B (Supplement) for the special card. 6.3 Strength test 6.3.1 Static load test of handlebar As shown in Figure 11, insert the handlebar to the safety mark and fix it. First, apply the specified force at 40mm at one end of the handlebar. After 1min, remove the force and measure the permanent deformation with a dial indicator. Then repeat the test at the other end. The maximum value of the two values shall prevail. The measurement position is 30mm from the end of the handlebar. When testing the New-fit handlebar, the force-applying part of the handlebar should be in a horizontal position. Safety mark 6.3.2 Stem torque test QB/T1715--93 The stem torque test shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 24.1.1 of GB3565. The time is 30s. 6.3.3 Static load test of stem The static load test of stem shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 24.1.2 of GB3565. The time is 30s. 6.3.4 Torque test of cross tube and stem The torque test of cross tube and stem shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 24.2 of GB3565, and the time is 30s. 6.3.5 Torque test of stem and front fork stem The torque test of stem and front fork stem shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 24.3 of GB3565, and the time is 30s. 6.3.6 Vibration test Insert the handlebar stem into the vibration test bench at an angle of 70° in the use state and clamp it at the safety mark. Then, as shown in Figure 12, fix the specified code at 40mm from the left and right ends of the handlebar cross tube. Perform the vibration test according to the conditions specified in Article 5.3.6 and visually inspect it. During the test, the relationship between the maximum acceleration of the vibration part and the vibration frequency and amplitude is as follows: g=0.04an2 Where: g acceleration, G, a-half amplitude, cm Vibration frequency, H2. Safety mark During the test, the vibration frequency starts from 6Hz. Avoid the resonance area. 6.3.7 Handlebar screw breaking torque test As shown in Figure 13, insert the handlebar with the handlebar screw and handlebar nut into the special fixture at the safety mark, apply a force of 27N·m to the handlebar screw, and the handlebar screw should not break. 6.3.8 Pull-off force test of the handlebar sleeve on the handlebar cross tube After the handlebar sleeve and the handlebar cross tube are assembled, the pull-off force test is carried out as shown in Figure 14, and the handlebar sleeve and the handlebar cross tube should not be separated. 6.4 Electroplating test The following test piece parts are not tested: &. The cover of the handlebar sleeve, the strap or the sheath, the bracket gasket, and the core gasket; b. Below the safety line of the handlebar stem; c. The threaded and square milled part of the end of the brake handle, d. Within 5mm on both sides of the corners; QB/T1715--93 e: The matching part between the combined handlebar cross tube and the handlebar joint. 6.4.1 Appearance of electroplated parts The test method for the appearance of electroplated parts shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.1.2 of QB/T 1217. 6.4.2 Surface roughness of chrome-plated parts The test method for the surface roughness of chrome-plated parts shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.2.2 of QB/T1217. Measurement location: a. Four symmetrical points on the left and right sides of the handlebar cross tube; b. Take a point on the handlebar stem; c. Take a point each at the bend and straight part of the brake handle: d. Take a point on the flat surface of the handlebar joint. 6.4.3 Thickness of chromium layer -mrmym The test method for the thickness of chromium layer of electroplated parts shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.3.2 of QB/T1217. 6.4.4 Anti-corrosion ability of chrome-plated parts The test method for the anti-corrosion ability of chrome-plated parts shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4.2 of QB/T1217. Calculation of electroplating area: Except for the part not to be tested, the rest of the handlebar is the tested area. The approximate formula is: Yuan D, (L-100×2) + Yuan D, (L-55) + πDLs Where: L, - -handlebar tube unfolded length, mm; handlebar stem tube height, mm -brake handle unfolded length, mm; -handlebar tube outer diameter, mm; D,-handlebar stem outer diameter, mm; 6.5 Paint test -brake handle outer diameter, m. 6.5.1 Paint film appearance The test method for paint film appearance shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.1 of QB/T1218. 6.5.2 Paint film impact strength The test method for paint film impact strength shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.2 of QB/T1218. Test location: measure one point on the handlebar tube and the stem tube. Impact location: handlebar tube and stem tube except abe in 6.4.5.3 Paint film corrosion resistance The test method for paint film corrosion resistance shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.3 of QB/T1218, and the test location is the same as Article 6.4. 6.5.4 Paint film hardness The test method for paint film hardness shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.4 of QB/T1218.
