2.2.1 The surface of the plate should be smooth and clean, and should not have cracks, peeling, blistering, folding, sand holes, inclusions and obvious orange peel defects. Slight, local scratches, spots, pits, embossing and roller marks that do not make the plate thickness exceed the allowable deviation are allowed. Slight blackening, darkening, orange peel, oil stains, black silk, etc. are not grounds for scrapping. 2.2.2 There shall be no cracks within 64 mm of the edge of the plate. Other defects are not grounds for scrapping. 2.2.3 The plate should be flat and should not have waves that can be felt by hand. The flatness of the plate is the percentage of the maximum bending deflection divided by the length of the plate, not exceeding: 0.8% for full opening, 0.7% for half opening and quarter opening. 2.2.4 The surface quality of the plate should ensure that at least one side meets the requirements of 2.2.1, 2.2.2 and 2.2.3. 3.1 The plates shall be inspected and accepted by the supplier's technical supervision department, and the product quality shall be guaranteed to meet the requirements of this standard. 3.2 Each batch of plates shall be composed of the same specifications. Repeated bending wins
3.3 Each plate shall be measured in size and inspected for appearance with the naked eye. The thickness of the plate shall be measured at a distance of not less than 10 mm from the edge. The thickness outside the measurement range shall not be scrapped. The length and width are measured with a tape measure. 3.4 Tensile test, hardness test and repeated bending test shall be carried out in each batch Take 2 sheets of plate and take · longitudinal specimens from each sheet. The tensile test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB228-76 "Metal Tensile Test Method". The Brinell hardness test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB231-63 "Metal Brinell Hardness Test Method". The load is 7 kg, the steel ball diameter is 1.2 mm, and the holding time is 30 seconds.
The repeated bending test shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB235-82 "Metal Repeated Bending Test Method". The bending radius is 2 mm and the tensile force during bending is 2 kg.
3.5 The chemical composition analysis shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB473--76 "Standard Method for Chemical Analysis of Zinc". 3.6 Even if the test result of one sample is unqualified in each test, double samples shall be taken from the batch. Re-test the unqualified item. If there is still one unqualified sample after the re-test, the whole batch shall be scrapped, or tested piece by piece, and the qualified ones shall be accepted in a separate batch. 4 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage
4.1 The boards shall be packed in wooden boxes, lined with moisture-proof paper and fiberboard. The net weight of each box is 80 to 220 kilograms. The packaging method may be changed upon negotiation between the two parties.
Each box of boards shall be attached with a label or sign indicating: supplier name or code;
product name and specifications;
product net weight;
date of sale.
Each batch of boards shall be accompanied by a product quality certificate indicating: supplier name or code;
product name and specifications;
batch No.,
