If the packaging container is seriously damaged, the delivery unit shall re-arrange it before sampling. 120 5.4 Packaging inspection It shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 7. 5.5 Judgment rules NY5076—2002 5.5.1 When sampling and testing each batch of samples, make a record of defective samples, and the percentage of unqualified samples is calculated according to the number of defective items. The average unqualified rate of each batch of samples should not exceed 5%. 5.5.2 If one of the hygiene requirements is unqualified, the batch of products is unqualified. 6 Marking The markings and labels on the packaging should indicate the product name, producer, origin, net content and harvest date, etc. The handwriting should be clear, complete and accurate. 7 Packaging, transportation and storage 7.1 Packaging 7.1.1 The container (box, basket, etc.) for bitter melon should be clean, dry, firm, breathable, pollution-free, odor-free, without sharp objects inside and without nails outside. The carton should not be damp or delaminated. Plastic boxes should comply with the relevant provisions of GB/T:8868. 7.1.2 The packaging and unit net content of each batch of bitter melon should be consistent. 7.1.3 Packaging inspection rules: The net content of each sample weighed piece by piece should not be lower than the net content marked on the outside of the package. 7.2 Transportation 7.2.1 Bitter melon should be repaired on site after harvest, and packaged and transported in time. 7.2.2 During transportation, it should be loaded and unloaded lightly, and mechanical damage should be strictly prevented. It should be protected from heat, frost and rain. The means of transportation should be clean and hygienic. 7.3 Storage 7.3.1 Temporary storage should be carried out in a cool, ventilated, clean and hygienic environment, and exposure to the sun, rain, high temperature, freezing, pests and diseases, and contamination by toxic substances should be strictly prevented. When stacking, it must be unloaded and loaded lightly to prevent squeezing and collision. 7.3.2 Stacking should be done carefully during refrigeration to prevent damage to the fruit. The stacking method must ensure that the airflow can pass through the stack evenly. 7.3.3 The temperature in the storage warehouse should be maintained at 9℃~12℃, and the relative humidity of the air should be maintained at 90%~95%. 7.3.4 The storage warehouse should be equipped with ventilation devices to ensure the stability and uniformity of temperature and relative humidity.
