The machine tool is a V-level precision machine tool specified in JB/T9871-1999. 5.1 Horizontal finger milling cutter chamfering machine The workpiece axis and the tool axis are arranged in the same horizontal plane. The finger milling cutter is used to continuously index the workpiece before cutting, and the workpiece spindle or tool holder reciprocates along the axial direction of the workpiece (cam copying) to round and chamfer the inner and outer cylindrical gears. It has automatic feeding and automatic workpiece clamping devices to achieve semi-automatic working cycle. Special accessories can be provided according to user requirements: special cams with chamfered edges, rounded nose corners, chamfered deflection angles, and tailstock mechanisms for reverse shaft gears. 5.2 Vertical finger milling cutter chamfering machine The workpiece axis is arranged in the vertical plane, and the tool axis is arranged in the horizontal plane. The workpiece is continuously indexed, and the tool holder moves up and down along the workpiece axis (cam profiling) to chamfer the inner and outer cylindrical gears. It has automatic feeding and automatic workpiece clamping devices to achieve semi-automatic working cycle. Special accessories can be provided according to user requirements: special cams for chamfering, chamfering tip angles, chamfering angles and tailstock mechanisms for reverse shaft gears. 5.3 End milling cutter chamfering machine The workpiece axis is arranged in the vertical plane, the workpiece is intermittently indexed and automatically positioned, the tool spindle or the workpiece spindle realizes stroke movement, chamfers the inner and outer column gears, and has the workpiece Automatic clamping device realizes semi-automatic working cycle.
