4.3.1 Determination of apparent viscosity of 1% aqueous solution
Add 4.0g of sample to 400mL of distilled water to prepare a 1% aqueous solution, and after closed curing at 25±3 for 24h, stir evenly with a glass rod, and determine its apparent viscosity according to the provisions of SY, T5621. 4.3.2 Determination of moisture content
4.3.2.1 Use a weighing bottle with constant weight to weigh 2-3g of sample (accurate to 0.001g) and put it into a drying oven and dry it at 105±3℃ for 2h. Move it to a lower desiccator and place it for 30min, then weigh it. 4.3.2.2 Calculate the moisture content according to formula (1):
mz-mz×100
Where: W-
moisture content, %;
weight of weighing bottle, g,
weight of sample and weighing bottle, g,
… weight of sample and weighing bottle after drying, number 4.3.2.3 Precision: Each sample is measured in two parallel portions, and the difference should be less than 0.5%. The result is taken as the average value. 4.3.3 Fineness determination
4.3.3.1 Definition: The percentage of the mass of the sample that does not pass through the standard sieve with a mesh size of 0.901mm to the mass of the sample. 4.3.3.2 Determination: Weigh 20.00g of the sample that has been semi-dried at 1052℃ for 2h, place it in a standard sieve with a mesh size of 0.90mm, and sieve it through rapid vibration until the sample no longer leaks, and weigh the mass of the sieve residue. 4.3.3.3 Calculate the fineness according to formula (2):
Wherein: Sfineness: %;

4.3.3.4 Precision: Each sample is measured in duplicate, and the average error should be less than 0.5%. The result is the average value. 4.3.4 Determination of pH value
4.3.4.1 Measure the reading of the solution prepared in 4.3.1 with precision H test paper. 4.3.4.2 Precision: Each sample is measured in duplicate, and the difference should be less than 0.5. The results are averaged. 4.4 Drilling fluid performance test
4.4.1 Preparation of fresh water base slurry
Prepare 4001mL base slurry according to the ratio of 40% calcium swellable 7 and 2.4% anhydrous sodium carbonate per liter of distilled water. Stir at high speed for 20 minutes, and stop at least twice to scrape off the clay adhering to the container wall. Closely maintain at 25+3℃ for 24 hours, stir at high speed for 5min, and measure its apparent viscosity, plastic viscosity and filtration loss at 251.3℃ according to the provisions of SY/T5621. The performance indicators should meet the requirements of Table 2 (if the indicators specified in Table 2 are not met, the amount of calcium swellable 7 can be adjusted). 4.4.2 Test of freshwater drilling fluid performance
Take a portion of freshwater base slurry, add a certain amount of sample (the sample is added according to the amount of each product specified in Table 2) during the stirring process of the electric stirrer, and make it evenly dispersed in the base slurry, then close and cure at 25±3℃ for 24h, and stir at high speed for 511min: the apparent viscosity, plastic viscosity and filtration loss are measured at 25±3℃ according to the provisions of SY/T5621. 4.4.3 Preparation of composite salt water base slurry
Add 45g sodium chloride, 5g anhydrous calcium chloride and 13g magnesium chloride per liter of distilled water, and dissolve them, then prepare 4001nL base slurry according to the ratio of 150g calcium bentonite to 9g sodium carbonate. Stir at high speed for 20min, stop at least twice to scrape off the clay adhering to the container wall, and close and cure at 25±3℃ for 24h. Then stir at high speed for 5 minutes, and measure its apparent viscosity, plastic viscosity and filtration loss at 25±3℃ according to the provisions of SY7T5621. The performance indicators should meet the requirements of Table 2 (if the indicators in Table 2 are not met, the amount of bentonite can be adjusted
4.4.4 Composite brine drilling fluid performance test
Take a composite brine base slurry, add a certain amount of sample during the mixing process (the sample addition amount is in accordance with the amount of each product specified in Table 2): make it evenly dispersed in the base slurry, and then close and cure at 25±3℃ for 24h, and then stir at high speed for 5 minutes, and measure its apparent viscosity, plastic viscosity and filtration loss at 25±3℃ according to the provisions of SY/T5621. 5 Inspection rules
5.1 The manufacturer shall inspect the product according to the standard and the product inspection form shall be attached before it can be shipped. 5.2 When sampling, a sampler shall be used, according to the height and shape of the stacking and quantity, and arrange sampling points at the working, middle and lower parts of each surface. There shall be no less than 10 sampling points for each batch, and each bag shall be sampled for about 200g. After merging and mixing, it shall be divided into two parts by quartering method. Take two portions, each of which is about 300g, and put them into clean and dry glass bottles and seal them. Label with: product name, manufacturer, batch number, sampling date, sampler, etc. · One bottle is analyzed, and one bottle is reserved for re-inspection. 5.3 Sampling and acceptance work shall be completed within the period specified in the contract signed by the supply and demand parties. When the product does not meet the requirements of Table 1 and Table 2, the demander shall submit a report to the supplier within the period specified in the contract. The format is shown in Appendix A, B, and C (Supplement). 5.4 Both the supply and demand parties may request re-inspection within ten days of receiving the test report. 5.5 If the two parties cannot reach a consensus, the product shall be sent to the arbitration unit for inspection, and the arbitration result shall prevail. The arbitration test fee shall be borne by the losing party.
6 Marking, packaging, storage and transportation
SY/ T 5660-95
6.1 The outer packaging shall have obvious markings: product name, net weight, manufacturer, moisture-proof mark. The product certificate shall be placed between the inner and outer packaging, including: product name, batch number, date of manufacture, etc. 6.2 The outer packaging of the product shall be a composite plastic woven bag, and the inner packaging shall be a plastic film bag, which shall be tightly sealed. The net weight of each bag is 25k, and the allowable error is 0.25k, but the total weight of each batch of products must be guaranteed. 6.3 This product should be stored in a cool and dry place, and should be protected from moisture, heat and packaging damage during storage and transportation. Quality inspection form
When each batch of products is sent to the user unit, a product quality inspection form shall be attached. The format is shown in Appendix D, E. F (supplement). Entrusting unit:
