3.1 Gas phase anti-rust plastic film is divided into two categories: steel use and Tongchuan. 3.2 Each category of gas phase anti-rust plastic film is divided into two types: heating sealing type (type I) and pressurized (pressure sensitive) sealing type (type II I). 4 Technical requirements
4.1 Gas phase anti-rust plastic film should be of uniform thickness, flat, and clean surface, and all technical indicators should meet the requirements of Table 1. 4.2 Shape, thickness
Gas phase anti-rust plastic film is supplied in rolls. The film thickness is 0.10±0.02mm. It can also be tested according to the order contract between the supply and demand parties. 4.3 For non-ferrous metals other than brass and aluminum, products with coatings or other surface treatments, the test items can be referred to the items specified in Table 1, and the technical indicators can be determined by negotiation between the supply and demand parties.

5.4 Wet heat test
5.4.1 This method tests the anti-rust performance of VPI plastic film on contact metal under high temperature and high mixing conditions. 5.4.2 Specifications and preparation methods of test pieces
Specifications of test pieces: three 50mm×50mm×3~5mm 45 steel, H62 brass, Ly12 aluminum test pieces. Preparation methods: in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1 of JB4051.2. 5.4.3 Test equipment
Wet and hot test chamber: in accordance with the provisions of GB2361. 5.4.4 Test operation
Put the prepared test pieces into a 70mm×70mm (inner dimensions) small bag made of vapor phase rust-proof plastic film, exhaust the excess gas from the bag by hand, and weld the bag. Then tie it in a cross shape with nylon wire, write down the test piece number, and hang the test piece in the wet and hot test chamber with a hook for testing. The test is carried out according to the conditions and methods specified in GB2361. After the specified period, clean it with anhydrous ethanol and blow it to check the test results. 5.5 Gas phase corrosion inhibition ability testwww.bzxz.net
According to the provisions of Chapter 4 of JB4051.2.
5.6 Heat aging test
JB/T 6067-92
According to the provisions of Article 5.11 Class 1 B materials in GB12339. 5.7 Transparency test
Gas phase anti-rust plastic film is sampled and pretreated according to Article 5.1. Keep the object printed with No. 5 font at a distance of 76mm from the vapor phase anti-rust plastic film, unfold the film by hand, and observe the font through the film. The handwriting should be clear and easy to read. After aging for 12 days at 59±1℃, repeat the above test, and the transparency should not change. See the figure below for the test device

5.8 Sealing strength test method
5.8.1 Sampling and pretreatment shall be in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.1. 5.8.2 Preparation of test specimens
Fold the treated surface of the film used for the test inward, with the crease parallel to the long axis, and seal along the length direction of the opening or the end of the fold. The sealing pressure should be greater than 2.88MPa. The weld width of the heating sealing film should be greater than 3mm, and the sealing width of the pressurized (pressure sensitive) sealing film should be greater than 12mm. Then cut three specimens along the vertical direction of the seal, with a width of 25mm and a length of 70mm (from the sealing edge). 5.8.3 Test operation
Open the selected sample, fix one end on the bracket, and let the other end hang freely. Lightly clamp it at the lower end with a load of 0.5kg. After 5 minutes, check the degree of separation at the seal. The three samples are qualified if the separation at the seal does not exceed 50%. After aging at 59±1℃ for 12 hours, repeat the above test. The sealing strength should not change. 5.9 Test method for oil resistance at the seal
5.9.1 Preparation of samples
Immerse the three test pieces (45 steel; 50mm×50mm×3mm) treated according to the provisions of Article 5.2 in No. 2 lubricating oil in accordance with Table B5 of GB4879 for 1 minute, take them out and drain them for 1 hour, and then put the steel pieces into small bags (75mm×125mm, internal dimensions) made of gas phase anti-rust plastic film. After the steel sheet is put into the small bag, the excess gas is discharged from the bag by hand, the bag is sealed, and it is wrapped with white filter paper and clamped with a clip
5.9.2 Test operation
Hang the packaged bag in a constant temperature box at 65±1℃ for 72 hours, then take out the bag and observe with the naked eye whether there is oil leakage on the white filter paper. 5.10 Low temperature flexibility test method
