FZ/T64011—2001
Although static flocking fabrics are not new products, there is no standard for static flocking fabrics in the existing data. Therefore, this standard is formulated in accordance with the standards for bonded flocking products and the principles for standard formulation in the WTO/TBT agreement, and in accordance with the actual needs of product performance and application. This standard is not equivalent to the American Society for Testing and Materials standard ASTMD3597—1995a "Performance Specifications for Woven Fabrics for Interior Decoration - Plain Weave and Flocking" and the Japanese Fiber Association's Fiber Products Quality Standard (1995 Edition) bonded flocking woven fabrics. In this standard, the superior products are equivalent to the international advanced level, the first-class products are equivalent to the international general level, and the qualified products are equivalent to the domestic general level. This standard is proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council. This standard is under the jurisdiction of the China Home Textile Standardization Technical Unit. This standard was drafted by Jiangsu Textile Product Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center and Shanghai Keyuan Electrostatic Research Institute of Donghua University, and Changzhou Xinshen Flocking Co., Ltd., Dongguan Erfa Plush Co., Ltd., Changshu Xintai Flocking Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Nantong Huaxiang Flocking Factory participated in the drafting.
The main drafters of this standard are: Li Hui, Yang Jisong, Sun Xing, Zhang Yaotang, Ji Jianhua, and Ma Hanhua. 1 Scope
