4.6 Temperature influence test
JB/T 7307—94
First check the indication value of the hour meter at room temperature, then put the hour meter in a high temperature (or low temperature) box in a normal installation state. The temperature in the box is the same as that in the room. Then raise the temperature in the box to (or lower it to) 65°C (or -40°C). Connect the power supply to keep warm for 2 hours, cut off the power supply and take the hour meter out of the box. Check its indication value within 2 minutes, and thus obtain the difference between the indication value at high or low temperature and room temperature. 4.7 Humidity and heat resistance test
According to the provisions of GB2423.4 and Article 3.6.1 of this standard. 4.8 Temperature change test
During the test, put the hour meter into a 40℃ low temperature box for 2 hours, take it out, and place it at room temperature for 2 to 3 minutes. Then put the hour meter into a 65℃ high temperature box for 2 hours, take it out, and place it at room temperature for 2 to 3 minutes (if using automatic two-box test equipment, it can be less than 30 seconds, no need to place it at room temperature). The above process constitutes a cycle, and the test is completed after five cycles. The test box should be able to return to the adjustment temperature before the hour meter is placed within 12 minutes after the hour meter is placed. After the test, the hour meter is placed under normal temperature, pressure and humidity conditions for 4 hours, and then inspected according to Article 3.5.3. 4.9 Resistance to vibration
Install the hour meter on the vibration test bench in normal working state, and perform fixed frequency and swept frequency vibration according to the provisions of Article 3.6.3 of this standard. After the test, the hour meter should be placed in the standard environment for not less than 4 hours, and then tested according to Articles 3.5.1, 3.5.2 and 3.5.3. 4.10 Impact test
The impact performance test of the hour meter should be carried out on the impact test bench in the packaged state according to the provisions of Table 7. The test voltage should be according to the provisions of Table 8. After the test, it should be tested according to Articles 3.5.1, 3.5.2 and 3.5.3. 4.11 Water resistance test
Perform the test method and conditions of IPX4 specified in GB4942.2, with a water spray time of 30 minutes, and then perform the inspection according to 3.5.1, 3.5.2 and 3.5.3
4.12 Dust resistance test
4.12.1 The test should be carried out in a closed box with a length, width and height of 900 to 1200 mm. In addition to the necessary sample clamping device, there should be no device that hinders the free flying of dust in the box. The dust should be able to gather near the blowing hole. 4.12.2 Test conditions According to the provisions of Table 9, the sample is more than 150 mm away from the box wall. 5 kg of ordinary Portland cement is injected into the box, and then 10 seconds of air is sprayed every 15 minutes to make the dust diffuse into a uniform state in the box. The test is carried out until 8 hours. After the test, use visual and hand feeling to check whether there is dust in the hour meter.
