Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China HG/T 2443 - 93 Method for Determination of Static Load Performance of Tires Published on July 8, 1993 Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China Implementation on July 1, 1994 W.bZsOsO.cO Chemical Industry Standard of the People's Republic of China Method for Determination of Static Load Performance of Tires 1. Subject Content and Scope of Application This standard specifies the test conditions, test methods and calculation of test results for static load performance of tires. HG/T 2443—93 This standard applies to the determination of static load performance of tires for trucks, cars, engineering machinery, industrial vehicles, agricultural and animal-drawn vehicles, and motorcycles. 2 Reference standards GB/T521 Method for determination of tire outer edge dimensions GB8170 Rules for numerical rounding off GH9743 Passenger car radial tires GB9744 Truck radial tires HG/T2177 Appearance quality of bias tires 3 Test conditions 31 The tested tires must be parked for more than 24 hours after vulcanization. Before testing, they must be parked at a temperature of 18-36°C for more than 3 hours. ,3.2 The appearance quality of the tire must comply with the provisions of HG/T2177 or GB9743 and GB9744. 3.3 The tire pressure, load, and standard wheel must comply with the provisions of the current tire standards (when there are two usage conditions for single and double tires, the single tire load and corresponding air pressure are used). Permissible deviation of air pressure: ±10kPa for 340kPa and below; ±20kPa for 340kPa and above. Permissible deviation of load: ±2%, The graduation of the tire pressure gauge is not greater than 20kPa. 34 After the tire is inflated, it should be parked at room temperature of 18 to 36 for more than 24 hours, and the tire pressure after parking should be measured. If the air pressure drops, it should be replenished to the specified air pressure, and the test can be carried out after parking for 15 minutes. 3.5 The pressure-bearing plane of the test machine must be vertical to the force direction of the tire. 4 Measurement and calculation 4.1 Install the tire specified in Chapter 3 of this standard on the testing machine and measure the tire outer diameter and section width in accordance with GB/T521. 4.2 Apply printing oil to the pressure-bearing part of the tire and place a piece of white paper between the tire and the pressure-bearing surface. Start the testing machine and apply a load to the tire to the specified value. After 15 minutes, measure the static radius and section width of the tire under load. 4.3 After completing 4.2, remove the imprint paper and use a planimeter to calculate the imprint area (cm\}. Calculate the integer. 4.4 Calculate the lower standard quantity according to formula (1) Sinking plate (mm) = Section height of inflated tire - Section height of tire under load Approved by the Ministry of Chemical Industry of the People's Republic of China on July 8, 1993 (1) Implementation on July 1, 1994 HG/T 2443 - 93 Height of section of pneumatic tire (mm)Outer diameter of pneumatic tire = Nominal diameter of wheel2 Height of section of tire under load (mm) =Stationary radius of wheel under loadNominal diameter of wheel 4.5Sinking rate is calculated according to formula (4) Sinking amount Sinking rate (%) Height of section of pneumatic tire 4.Stone hardness coefficient is calculated according to formula (5) Hardness coefficient = Trace area × tire pressure 4.7Average pressure per unit area is calculated according to formula (6)Average pressure per unit area (kPa) 4.8Ground contact coefficient Trace area After measuring the major and minor axes of the trace, the ground contact coefficient is calculated according to formula (7) = Trace major axis Trace minor axis 4.9. The calculations in 4.4 and 4.5 of this standard shall be accurate to one decimal place, 4.6 and 4.8 shall be accurate to two decimal places, and 4.7 shall be rounded to an integer. The measurement and calculation results shall be rounded according to the provisions of GB8170.
