Differences in roundness or side length shall not exceed 50% of the dimensional deviations listed in the above table. For flat steel, the tolerances of the local section thickness shall be determined by negotiation between the two parties.
2.2.2 According to the requirements of the party, the negative deviations listed in the above table may be changed to positive and negative deviations. 2.2.3 For steel bars that are heat treated and pickled after cold working, the allowable deviations shall be two times the smaller of the tolerances given in Table 5. 2.3 Application of tolerance levels

Characteristics: For precision steels not applicable to Table 5, the supplier and the supplier may agree to use tolerance levels outside the scope of Table 5. 2.4 The steel shall be flat, free of warp, and have an accurate cross-sectional shape. 3 Technical requirements
3.1 Chemical composition
3.1.1 The chemical composition of steel shall comply with the provisions of Table 6 to Table 9. 3.1.2 When conducting product analysis (inspection by the purchaser or inspection by the supplier according to the purchaser's requirements), the allowable deviation value shall comply with the provisions of Table 3 in GB222-84 "Sampling method for chemical analysis of steel and allowable deviation of chemical composition of finished products". The specified range of elements or chemical composition that are not applicable in Table 3 shall be determined by the agreement between the supplier and the buyer. 3.2 Delivery status
The steel bar shall be delivered after cold rolling, cold drawing, grinding, cutting or a combination of these methods. According to the requirements of the buyer, it can be delivered after heat treatment and pickling.
3.§ Mechanical properties
The mechanical properties of the steel sample shall be determined by the agreement between the supplier and the buyer. 3.4 Surface quality requirements
The surface of the steel bar shall be smooth and clean, and no defects that are harmful to the use shall exist. The surface of the steel bar delivered in the soft state is allowed to have an oxide film. In the absence of special provisions, the surface of the steel bar is allowed to have individual pits, scratches, scratches, wear marks and wheel marks with a depth not exceeding the nominal size tolerance.
Requirements: The surface of the cold-rolled steel bar delivered with grade 9 and grade 10 precision is not allowed to have defects. 4 Test methods
4.1 Analysis test
4.1.1 Analysis test: General requirements are in accordance with GB146? GH222---178 "General Standards and General Regulations for Chemical Analysis Methods of Metallurgical Products", the sampling method of the samples shall be in accordance with GH222---84 "Sampling Method for Chemical Analysis of Steel and Permissible Deviation of Chemical Composition of Finished Products". 4.1.2 The analysis method shall be as follows: (Methods for Chemical Analysis of Iron, Steel and Alloys) GB223.1~223.6-81, GB223.8~223.24~82, YB35(12)-78 "Determination of Niobium in Steel", Y35(13)78 "Determination of Niobium in Steel", YB35(22)-78 "Determination of Nitrogen in Steel". Any method not specified in the regulations shall be determined by negotiation between the supplier and the buyer. 4.2 Mechanical Test 4.2.1 The method for sampling mechanical test shall be in accordance with GB2975-82 "Steel Mechanical and Process Performance Test Sampling Regulations". 4.2.2.1 The test specimen shall be prepared in accordance with the L. 5.65/F standard short test specimen specified in GB228-76 "Metal Tensile Test Method". 4.2.2.2 The test method shall be in accordance with the provisions of CB228-76. However, the test temperature is 20 ± 5 °C as the standard, and the tensile strength of steel other than the rutile type is set so that the strain increase rate of the parallel part of the specimen is maintained at a rate of 40% to % per minute. 4.2.3 The impact test is carried out in accordance with the following provisions. 4.2.3.1 The test is prepared according to the U-shaped standard specimen specified in GB229-84 "Metal Normal Temperature Impact Test Method". 4.2.3.2 The test method is in accordance with GB229-84. However, the test temperature is 202℃ as the standard. 4.2.4 The hardness test is carried out in accordance with the following provisions. 4.2.4.1 The specimen is a part of the tensile specimen. 4.2.4.2 The test method is in accordance with the following standards, and the test humidity is 20+5C. 5.1 Except for the following provisions, the general provisions for steel acceptance shall comply with GB2101-80 "General provisions for acceptance, packaging, marking and quality certification of steel".
5.2 For mechanical tests, one test material shall be taken from the batch with the same brand, commercial furnace number and the same heat treatment conditions, and one test sample of each type shall be taken from each test material. For chemical analysis test samples, one test sample shall be taken from each brand and each furnace number. 5.3 The test results of chemical composition, mechanical properties, macrostructure, surface quality requirements, shape and size shall comply with the provisions of the relevant provisions of this standard or the supplementary agreement. However, if the purchaser agrees, some or all of the tensile test, impact test and hardness test can be omitted.| |tt||6 Packaging, marking and certificate
The packaging, marking and quality certificate of steel bars shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB2101--80. Additional remarks:
