UDC621.024-501.2:681.2 National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB336989 Analogue direct current signals for industrialprocess measurement and control instruments Issued on March 31, 1989 Issued by the State Bureau of Technical Supervision Implementation on April 1, 1990 National Standard of the People's Republic of China Analogue direct current signals for industrialprocess measurement and control instruments GB3369-89 Replaced with GB3369-82 This standard adopts IEC381-1 "Analogue signals for process control systems Part 1: Direct current signals" (1982 edition). 1 Subject content and scope of application This standard specifies the DC current signal used to transmit information between industrial automation instruments (i.e., industrial process measurement and control system components). This standard applies to the specified signal used to transmit information between industrial automation instruments. This standard does not apply to the information transmission within industrial automation instruments. 2 Terminology 2.1 Industrial process measurement and control system components are functional units or combined devices that convert, process and transmit measured variables, master variables, controlled variables and reference variables, also known as industrial automation instruments. 2.2 Analog DC current signal In industrial process measurement and control systems, a DC current signal that changes continuously within its range for transmitting information 2.3 Range of analog DC current signal All values of the analog DC current signal between certain limits 2.4 Lower limit bzxz.net The lowest value of the specified range. Note: The lower limit value can be zero or a finite value. If it is zero, it is called "true zero" and if it is a finite value, it is called "live zero". 2.5 Upper limit The highest value of the specified range. 2.6 Load electronic control The total resistance of all connected receiving instruments and connecting wires in the signal circuit. 2.7 Ripple content of DC current signal The percentage of the peak-to-peak value of the AC component in the signal relative to the difference between the upper and lower limits of the DC current signal. 2.8 Signal common line Some instrument input and output signal circuits may have a common electrical connection line, which is called the signal common line. It can be grounded or not. 3 Technical requirements 3.1 Range of analog DC current signal Approved by the Ministry of Machinery and Electronics Industry of the People's Republic of China on March 3, 1989 and implemented on April 1, 1990 The range of analog DC current signal is shown in Table 1. Sequence Note: Priority value. 2) Non-priority value, which will be cancelled in the future. G336989 Analog DC current signal range Values outside the analog DC current signal range When using the analog DC current signal range priority value, the value outside the range "zero mA" is used as a signal circuit or power supply failure indication value. 3.3 Ripple content of DC current signal The ripple content of the DC current signal should not exceed 3%. In the case of obtaining information from the instantaneous value of the signal (such as fast multiple 3.4 Signal common line The signal common line should be at the lowest potential point of the signal circuit. If the signal common line is connected to the power supply, it should be connected to the negative terminal of the power supply or the zero volt terminal of the bipolar power supply. 3.5 Grounding When the signal circuit needs to be grounded, the grounding terminal should be the negative terminal of the signal common line or the power supply or the zero volt terminal of the bipolar power supply. 3.6 Load resistance A transmitter or control instrument should be able to continuously drive 0~3 Any load between 000 and 1000.
