This standard applies to ceramic bonded steel ball grinding wheels (hereinafter referred to as grinding wheels). 2 Referenced Standards The provisions contained in the following standards constitute the provisions of this standard through reference in this standard. When this standard is published, the versions shown are valid. There should be no cavities with a maximum linear dimension exceeding 3mm on both end faces of the grinding wheel, and the grinding wheel should not have a foaming layer. Grinding wheels with an outer diameter of 720mm and special requirements The two end faces of the grinding wheel should be smooth. 4.4 The grinding wheel should be sandblasted for hardness testing, and the hardness uniformity should not be greater than 0.2mm. 5 Test methods 5.1 The inspection of grinding wheel appearance defects, dimensional deviation, geometric tolerance shall be in accordance with the provisions of JB/T7992. 5.2 The inspection of grinding wheel hardness shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2490, using a 28cm2 sand chamber with an air pressure of 0.15MPa. 6 Inspection rules 6.1 The inspection of grinding wheels shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4 and Chapter 5. 6.2 Sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T2828. 6.2.1 The classification of non-conformities shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 4. 574 Dimensional deviation Appearance defects Geometric tolerance JB/T10154—1999 Table 4 Non-conformity classification Class BI non-conformity 6.2.2 The inspection batch shall consist of unit products of 1000 specifications. 6.2.3 The sampling plan adopts a single sampling plan. Class B nonconformityWww.bzxZ.net 6.2.4 General inspection level 1 is adopted for Class B1 nonconformity inspection, and special inspection level S-2 is adopted for Class B1 nonconformity inspection. 6.2.5 The qualified quality level AQL value of Class B1 and Class B1 nonconformity is 6.5.
