This specification is compiled by the Xinjiang Petroleum Administration Bureau Survey and Design Institute in accordance with the notice of China National Petroleum Corporation (95) Zhongyou Jijian Zi No. 35.
During the compilation process of this specification, the compilation team conducted a large amount of research on domestic vehicle liquefied petroleum gas filling stations, summarized the design and operation experience of filling stations, referred to the technical data of filling station construction in Italy, Britain, Japan, Russia, Australia and other countries, and finalized it after soliciting opinions from many parties. This specification is authorized to be interpreted by the Xinjiang Petroleum Administration Bureau Survey and Design Institute. This standard was drafted by: Xinjiang Petroleum Administration Bureau Survey and Design Institute. The main drafters of this standard are Wang Jintai, Xu Gaoda, Zhengyuehua, Xue Zhaoping, Xinhai, Yao Yuping, Wang Yuxin, 101. This specification is formulated to implement the relevant national policies and guidelines in the design of automobile liquefied petroleum gas filling stations (hereinafter referred to as filling stations), unify technical requirements, achieve advanced technology, economic rationality, safety and applicability, and ensure quality. 1.0.2 This specification is applicable to the design of new, expanded and renovated gas filling station projects. 1.0.3 The design of gas filling stations should follow the following principles : 1. 3.01 The ship gas station should determine the reasonable construction scale according to the regional traffic and geographical environment, as well as the needs of the development of liquefied petroleum gas vehicles. It should be built separately or adjacent to urban liquefied petroleum storage and distribution stations, filling stations, and automobile refueling stations. 30.2 The quality of liquefied petroleum gas supplied to the gas station should meet the quality indicators specified in the current national standard "Automobile Liquefied Petroleum" SY7548. 3.0.3 · Gas station liquefied petroleum gas storage tank (hereinafter referred to as The total capacity of the storage tank (hereinafter referred to as the storage tank) should be determined according to the supply and demand of liquefied petroleum gas for automobiles. - The general reserve days should be 1 to 2 days. 3.0.4 The way of supplying liquefied petroleum gas to gas stations is generally by tank truck transportation: When the gas station is close to the liquefied petroleum gas storage and distribution station, it is suitable for pipeline transportation. 3.0.5 The liquefied petroleum gas tank truck unloads the liquefied petroleum gas. The liquefied petroleum gas pump (hereinafter referred to as the pump) and the liquefied petroleum gas compressor (hereinafter referred to as the compressor) are used in combination. The pump pressure method should be used to refuel the car. 3.0.6 The level and tank capacity classification of gas stations should comply with the provisions of Table 3.0.6. Table 3.0.6 Level and tank capacity classification of gas stations, such as gas stations, etc.

Class-1 gas stations should not be built in urban prosperous areas. Gas stations in urban prosperous areas should adopt underground vertical horizontal storage tanks. Storage tanks, unloading platforms, pumps and small compressor rooms, gas islands and other places with the risk of gas leakage in gas stations should be equipped with combustible gas concentration measurement and alarm devices. The alarm value should be 20% of the lower limit of the explosion concentration of liquefied oil and gas. The staff who are regularly invited to inspect the gas station should be equipped with portable explosion-proof combustible gas concentration detection alarms.
3.0.10 It is prohibited to set up underground or semi-underground gas stations (Structure) (except underground directly buried horizontal storage tanks and fire water pools). The underground pipe trenches and cable trenches in the station must be filled with dry sand.
3.0.11 Directly buried steel liquefied petroleum pipelines and storage tanks must be anti-corrosive, and their design should comply with the regulations of the current national standard "Design Code for Anti-Corrosion Engineering of Steel Pipelines and Storage Tanks" SYJ7.
30.12 The gas station should be equipped with no less than 2 direct external telephones (including 1 fixed alarm dedicated telephone).
4 Gas station settings
4.1 Site selection:
4.1.1 The site of the gas station should be selected in a place with convenient transportation, Urban gas stations should be located near the main urban traffic arteries or secondary arteries with convenient exits and exits. Suburban gas stations should be located near highways or urban traffic exits. The site structure of large-scale enterprise gas stations shall be planned uniformly by the enterprise.
4.1.2 When the site of the gas station is selected near an intersection, its layout should not affect the vehicle traffic capacity of the intersection.
4.1.3 Gas stations should be located in the upwind area of the factory and residential areas with the lowest frequency of wind throughout the year, and should be located in a location with good wind protection. 4.1.4 The site of the gas station should avoid hospitals, schools and cultural relics protection areas as much as possible. 4.1.5 The storage tanks of the gas station should be close to the surrounding buildings (structures). , traffic lines, etc. The fire protection distance shall not be less than the provisions of Table 4.1:5.
