1 Subject content and scope of application
This standard specifies the type, size, technical requirements and use regulations of the installation bottom cover of stirring transmission device. This standard is applicable to stirring vessels with a design pressure of -0.1~1.6MPa (-1~16bar) and a design temperature of -20~+300℃, and is used to support the installation bottom cover of the frame, stuffing box, mechanical seal and other components. 39

3 Installation of bottom cover, flange flange, frame, stuffing box (or mechanical seal) 3.0.1 The relationship between the installation of the bottom cover, flange flange, frame, stuffing box (or mechanical seal) shall be in accordance with the provisions of Figure 3.0.1-1.3.0.12.
Figure 3.0.1-1 shows the method of installing the bottom cover when the nominal diameter of the frame is the same as the nominal diameter of the flange.

5.1 Materials
5.1.1 The parent material of the installation bottom cover shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 5.1.1, and its chemical composition, mechanical properties and other requirements shall comply with the provisions of the relevant standards listed in Table 5.1.1
5.1.2 The lining layer material of the installation bottom cover shall be in accordance with the provisions of Table 5.1.1, and its chemical composition and properties shall comply with the provisions of the relevant standards listed in Table 5.1.1.

5.1.4 Forgings (including forged and rolled parts) shall be inspected and accepted in accordance with the requirements for Grade 1 forgings specified in JB4726, JB4727 and JB4728. When there are special requirements, they shall be inspected and accepted in accordance with the requirements of the drawings. 47
5.2 Dimension tolerance
5.2.1 The connection dimensions of the bottom cover and the tolerance of the thickness of the bottom cover shall comply with the provisions of HGJ66.5.2.2 The tolerance of the dimensions of the machined surface without tolerance shall comply with the provisions of IT14 of GB1804.5.2.3 The sealing surface of the bottom cover and the groove or boss of the mounting frame stuffing box (or mechanical seal) shall be concentric. Each threaded hole and bolt hole shall be perpendicular to the sealing surface of the bottom cover. The sealing surface and bolt holes of the bottom cover with lining shall be processed after the lining is welded.
5.3 Welding requirements for the lining layer of the bottom cover
5.3.1 Select the welding material according to the parent material of the bottom cover and the lining layer material in accordance with the provisions of HGJ15 and JB/T4709.
5.3.2 The weld surface shall not have defects such as cracks, pores, arc pits and slag inclusions. 5.4 Surface roughness and sealing surface requirements
5.4.1 The surface roughness of the bottom cover shall comply with the requirements of the drawings. 5.4.2 After the bottom cover is processed, anti-rust oil shall be applied to the sealing surface to prevent the sealing surface from being damaged. 48
Sealing gaskets and fasteners
6.0.1 The sealing gaskets between the bottom cover and the flange and sealing device (stuffing box or mechanical seal) shall be selected from asbestos rubber sheet gaskets (code XB), flexible graphite composite gaskets (code G), and polytetrafluoroethylene coated gaskets (code F), which shall meet the corresponding requirements of HGJ69, 70, and 71 respectively. If other types of gaskets are used, please indicate them when ordering. The thickness of the gaskets is 3mm.
6.0.2 The connecting fasteners between the bottom cover and the flange flange and the sealing device (stuffing box or mechanical seal) shall meet the relevant provisions of HGJ75. The stud material is 35# steel and the nut is 25# steel. If other fastener materials are used, please indicate them when ordering. 6.0.3 When the nominal diameter of the bottom cover is the same as that of the frame, the connecting fasteners between the bottom cover and the flange flange and the frame shall be long studs. When the nominal diameter of the frame is smaller than that of the bottom cover, the connecting fasteners between the bottom cover and the flange flange shall be short studs.
6.0.4 Install the fasteners that connect the bottom cover and the frame (when the nominal diameters are different) in accordance with the relevant provisions of HG21566 and HG21567.
