National Standard of the People's Republic of China Colour cards of standard depths fordyeing with nay blue and black dyestuffs UDC.121-129. 3 GB 4841. 2—84 This standard applies to the reference and daylight evaluation of the dyeing depth of nay blue and black dyestuffs in the test of dyeing fastness and dyeing performance. This set of depth color cards is formulated with reference to DIN54000 "Auxiliary Color Card" recommended by ISO105/A01-1978. 1 Specifications and types 1.1 This standard depth color card consists of _ hue, nay blue and black as two levels of depth. 1.2 This standard depth color card has two forms: original preservation copy and issued use copy. 1.2.1 The original preservation copy is 5 cml × 5 cm in size and is archived for copying. 1.2.2 Issued for use This specification is 3.5cm×5cm for user use. 2 Materials for color card preparation 2.1 Fabric: This standard depth color card uses SD2201 pure gabardine. 2.2 Dye: This standard depth color card uses two commercial dyes [see Appendix A (Supplement)]. 3 Quality indicators 3.1 Appearance requirements: The surface of this standard depth color card must be uniform, without color spots, stains, fabric defects and obvious traces of adhesive seepage, and the fabric texture should also be uniform. 3.2 Original preservation This is tested by a spectrophotometer as specified in GB3979-83 "Methods for measuring object color", with the lighting and observation conditions of 0/d and the wavelength interval of 10nm. During the test, the color card surface fabric texture and the measuring hole are at an angle of 60°. The test results are shown in Appendix B (Supplement)) for the standard lighting body 1) and the value of the 10° field of view. 4 Usage When using this standard depth color chart, visually evaluate the corresponding shade of the color chart in the standard depth color chart of the back or black dye sample according to the method specified in GB25084 "Gray Sample for Evaluation of Color Change". The depth allowable error is not less than 4 levels. 5 Preservation When preserving this standard depth color chart, attention should be paid to avoiding heat, light, moisture and moth. The original preserved wood should be stored in a special wooden box lined with black paper and stored by the unit designated by the Ministry of Chemical Industry. 6 Distribution The text part and the color chart part of this standard are issued separately, and the text part is published by China Standards Press and distributed by Xinhua Bookstore. For the convenience of use, the dyeing standard depth color chart part is made into a folding card, which is reproduced and distributed by 1 Hai City Dyestuff Research Institute.
